Switch from MMF to Mycophenolic Acid
Currently, I also take 5.5 mg
Tacrolimus
daily, Synthroid, and Depakote. Has any one out here experienced the same symptoms? Does it take more time to adjust to the EC-MPS? Could I be suffering from another conditions/ side-effect from the immunosuppressant drugs?

My Recovery so far post Stem cell Transplant
Things changed after a clinic appointment about 6 weeks post transplant when it was decided to stop the cyclosporin and change to
tacrolimus
and the change was an improvement, almost overnight.

hi I was recently diagnosed with localised scleroderma, was prescribed
Tacrolimus

When to give up.....?
I know I have some immune issues and they've tried various options to treat them- prednisole,
tacrolimus
, IVIG, granocyte. How do you decide whether its worth keeping going or time to stop. Any advice or thoughts welcome, I'm so fed up today.

Endometrial regeneration
My plan already includes prednisolone,
tacrolimus
, clexane, granocyte protocol as I have suspected immune issues - high thyroid antibodies and low NK cells.

Newly Transplanted Kidney
Regarding drugs, they have to be very careful with
tacrolimus
levels. Mine were high, so they held off for a couple of days and adjusted my dosage. The prednisone jacked up my blood sugar levels, so I’m trying to get that back under control. They reduce the prednisone dosage after a few days.

Tacrolimus pricing
Has anyone else seen a serious increase in price of Tacro? I have noticed my cost seriously increasing over the past few months. I am on Medicare/BC-BS, but I think I have used up my deductible, but not positive. Just wanted to see if anone else has noticed a cost increase, before I check further...

Awaiting diagnosis
I started using
tacrolimus
and dermovate which immediately helped with redness, soreness and itchiness. However my skin is now darker where the lesions once were. This is taking a toll on my self-esteem and confidence.

I am about to start

SLE patients may have reduced response to COVID-19 vaccination
A lower vaccine response also occurred in patients undergoing treatment with CellCept,
tacrolimus
, and Benlysta at the time of vaccination.

Does Tacrolimus cause forgetfulness for anyone?
I recently was speaking with a recent kidney transplant recipient, and he has memory lapses, sometimes forgetting conversations he's had. His nephrologist said it can be the Tacro as it is one of the possible side effects. He's being switched to another medication. I had not heard this, and just

Granocyte protocol- any experience?
My clinic has tried prednisolone,
tacrolimus
, IVIG as well as clexane and aspirin. They now want to try a granocyte protocol which seems to be injections of a growing stimulant every 3 day.

Hair loss after transplant
She is taking
tacrolimus
, cellcept, prednisone , acyclovir, and K-phos. Her hair has been falling out a lot since then. I realize that compared to many of the side effects, this is not as bad. So her doctors are not bothered by it.

Over fatigue feeling plus tremors on hands
I discusses this with my doctor and he said it’s probably from my meds like advagraf-
tacrolimus
. I also got the BK virus from the transplanted kidney and my levels are getting higher. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, I started losing my hair which is depressing as well.
