I posted a few weeks back when our 5th transfer had failed (3rd with donor eggs). I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue and I got a lot of support here for which I am grateful. We have no embryos left but 2 rounds left in our package- we've deciced to see those through and then probably stop. Obviously I want to Increase the chances of those as much as possible. My plan already includes prednisolone, tacrolimus, clexane, granocyte protocol as I have suspected immune issues - high thyroid antibodies and low NK cells. Doctor is now recommending a hysteroscopy as I've never had that done and then endometrial regeneration which seems to involve injecting plasma from my own blood directly into the lining. I guess I'm judg wondering if anyone has tried that and what the outcome was. Thanks.

Endometrial regeneration
Hi,
I hope all is going ok with you on this journey.
I’ve found myself down the google hole searching for people who have used this treatment before and there isn’t a huge amount out there I can find. My doctor has advised to try this for our next transfer. Did you get it done in the end? Just wondering how you got on if you did.
Thank you loads 😊
Hi. I did have it done on my last cycle. I had the injections done under general anaesthetic then 2 infusions (done same as IUI) 10 day and a week before transfer. I don't know if it was this treatment or not but I got my first bfp yesterday and it was the only thing we did differently. Happy to answer any questions you might have xx
Thank you. This was my 6th transfer, 4th with donor eggs and we were much the same. I'm in Scotland but I had my treatment in Spain. x
Sorry to butt in. I have been following your journey. Really pleased to hear of your result after so much difficulty along the way. I wondered would you mind messaging me your clinic as I am looking at Donor eggs now after being unsuccessful for a long time with own eggs and will consider all options including treatment abroad. Thank you xx
