Update on my covid recovery, after 10 weeks
That was very tough and I remember my heart rate hitting 155bpm The following week was one of steady progress, my
Tachycardia
has diminished to the point that when walking, my heart rate is a pretty normal 110-120. I went for a few more walks, but they were tough, and only a 100m or so.

Sinus tachycardia
Ok, so I'm in hospital with an infection in my outer ear. Ironically it's been caused by the two new piercings I had 8 weeks ago to celebrate surviving two cardiac ablations). So I'm on IV antibiotics. Meanwhile for the last 9 days I have been experimenting (as instructed by Papworth) in only taking

Due to have vsd repaired
Hi I have just found out that the vsd I was born with is larger then first thought and needs to be closed and may also be causing my attacks of
tachycardia
. Has anyone else had this done or had similar experiences?

6 days post ablation
My Kardia just said
tachycardia
of about 100 and my B/P is okay in between episodes. I’m assuming it’s my heart adjusting to its new state as my resting HR has gone from 50 bpm to 80 post-ablation.

Pacemaker clinic advice
I had ventricular
tachycardia
and atrial fibrillation. I recently has my pacemaker adjusted but asked for it to be put back to what it was before the settings. They did this but i don't feel much difference and feel they haven't put it back to what it originally was and I was not feeling like this.

My ECG monitor reports QTc interval prolongation
When I get an AF attack with associated chest pain etc.. my heart monitor not only reports Fast heart rate,
tachycardia
; Irregular heartbeat; Suspected Atrial Fibrillation (AF) but now also QTc interval prolongation.

Can heart pounding ectopics come with pulsating head pressure?
Monitors confirm that I have supraventricular ectopics and sometimes supraventricular
tachycardia
. A brain MRI, MRA and neurological tests provide no explanation for the head symptoms.

Awaiting Cardioversion for Afib and views sought on best treatment thereafter.
I was told statistically that I had 50% chance of developing Afib after the flutter and just my luck I had what I think was a first bout of paroxysmal Afib in March 20 mixed with
tachycardia
.

None Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia (NSVT's)
Hi. I've been an Afib (PAF) sufferer for about 15 years. Finally had an ablation done last November. Other than a few 'blip's in the first 4 months it's been fine. More recently I have been suffering from exercise induced NSVT's (I think - yet to be confirmed with Holter monitor at GP's). I do a lot

Holter results. Help please
Are they saying that 46 episodes of
tachycardia
in 30 hours is normal and should not give me any symptoms? Feeling very dejected and not listened to right now. Luckily I have a fantastic GP who keeps pushing for me, but I feel like the cardiologist is brushing me off. 😞

Roll on to last Spring when my heart became unstable and I was rushed into hospital many times with
tachycardia
/bradycardia. Finally fitted a pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome. Complained to dr about exhaustion and instructed to increase levo to 75.

ablation - types and pacemaker
I found my way into this very helpful forum because I have experienced Afib following my 2nd ablation for supraventricular
tachycardia
(SVT). It seems my SVT is gone, but it might have been replaced by afib.
