When I get an AF attack with associated chest pain etc.. my heart monitor not only reports Fast heart rate, tachycardia; Irregular heartbeat; Suspected Atrial Fibrillation (AF) but now also QTc interval prolongation. I'd be grateful to hear from anyone who knows if this is anything to be concerned about.

What medication are you on?
You need to check LQTS during NSR. It will not give accurate results during erratic pulse rate.
Does your device give the time duration of the QTc? If not you can give me the QT length and I'll calculate the QTc in milliseconds.
