Is it common to experience chest pains after surgery carnt get any sense from anyone and not on good terms with hospital staff

So the arrhythmia team contacted me yesterday to discuss the result of my ECG done at my local surgery . Apparently although the test showed an an abnormal pattern with wide QRS it was a minimal deviation and not any form of AF .

Hello to all that reads this...I had surgery last year to remove endometriosis, losing an ovary and fallopian tube. At the time, I was made aware I had endometriosis around the other set. I have continued to be in severe discomfort, even had a coil fitted to apparently relief this.

I'm debating between the open surgery (the nodule is not in an easy location) or targeting radiation. I'm scared of recovery from the surgery, but I'm also scared of potential long-term side effects from radiation.

Asked my large surgery for a Cortisol test. Never heard of it. They've contacted Addenbrookes for advice!

I shall be seeing the surgery pharmacist in the next few weeks as she monitors my medication,, but I am wondering if anyone has any further advice to give?

I’m still a cocktail of high strength pain relief following the surgery. Saw the surgeon well his junior last week, but he didn’t even know what I’d had done and got it wrong when I asked questions, doesn’t fill you with confidence!

I am due to be having surgery in 2 weeks to remove the right side of my thyroid. However, today I have been informed my FT4 has jumped to 28.2 and TSH is undetectable. Carbimazole has now been increased to 40mg. Is this concerning? Thank you

After my private consultation today, I have been offered surgery. I do not have deep infiltrating endometriosis which is great to know and I am relieved. But I do have what appears to be mild Adenomyosis and quite likely superficial endometriosis.

It all started after a major abdominal surgery to remove ovarian abscesses (caused by untreated chlamydia and a copper IUD). Following the surgery, I was on heavy antibiotics.

If he says he can't fit it 'normally' I don't know wether to push for surgery and have it fitted then. It's been just over 3 years since my first surgery.

Following on from my previous post when I was eventually (after 6months) diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma of my lower left lobe, I had surgery 3 weeks ago to remove the lobe - called a Lobectomy.

So after my last posts about the gp prescribing me a antihistamine which I have recived today...( Fexofenadine Hydrochloride) I assume the gp wants me to take this antihistamine with my thyroid medication 🤔 although she never actually said this🤷‍♀️.Maby she's thinks the antihistamine will help me stomach

They think they might be able to do surgery and then chemo again. They’ve said now that it’ll just keep coming back and basically they’ll keep me going for as long as possible. I am 40 well 41 in two weeks. This has been part of my life since June 2022.

The foot surgeon asked if would consider surgery; as I can’t use crutches due to other joint pain I don’t think this is an option for me.

I'm currently on day 11 of bleeding since surgery and would like to sense check when I should be concerned.
