Great results with vitamins, next steps?

Hi all

I wanted to say thanks to all those who helped me when I was (and do) feel pretty crappy. As you can see from the attached, thanks to your advice with supplementation I’m now at a great level with my vitamins and you can see the impact it has had on my thyroid results.

TSH

AUG - 0.181, NOV - 0.13, FEB - 0.08

Free Thyroxine (12-22)

AUG - 19, NOV - 19.8, FEB - 21.4

Free T3 (3.1-6.8)

AUG - 3.82, NOV - 4.43, FEB - 5.02

Whilst I still have some ‘wriggle room’ in the range for T3, it seems my T4 is also increasing. (I haven’t had a dose increase, I take 100 & I haven’t lost any weight, in fact I’ve gained some). I only have two issues of my current dose left on repeat before I’ll be asked to have a blood test. I’m worried due to my TSH being so low that I am going to be asked to reduce my dose. This worries me as I feel like I’m finally going in the right direction.

I know this isn’t the easiest query, but was just wondering if anyone could offer some advice? If my T4 increases any further it will be out of range & they’ll definitely reduce despite me still only being half way through the T3 range (which as we all know they don’t test for!) Does anyone else have any ideas on how I can improve my conversion if this is the case?

I take the following supplements:

1 igennus B tablet per day

3000 vitamin d with k2 tablet

Selenium x3 times a week

Have just started half a 200 magnesium sulphate tablet.

I increased my ferritin slightly but have had to have quite a bit of red meat to get it that high. Feel a lot better for it though.

Anyway as usual any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve attached my results as a photo.

Thanks

Ferritin could still do with slight improvement

Presumably you are on absolutely strictly gluten free diet?

No, I have tried the gluten free diet previously. I have a very low gluten diet but did not notice significant improvement when I was strictly gluten free. I always eat gluten free alternatives but I do not check packets for things that may contain traces etc.

I’ve been trying with Ferritin. There was quite a big drop between august & November & I’m not not sure why. It has risen since November so fingers crossed it will keep climbing
