Flap surgery
Hi there I had a chemo, mastectomy, radiation and now reconstruction on Tuesday. I decided to get the flap surgery instead of implant. Since I had radiation and skin isn’t same plus you will have to get another surgery in 5 years. Has anyone ever had the flap surgery where they use belly fat instead

Gall Bladder Removal
Hi all. I have Hashi' s and PA. A recent Gastroscopy revealed stomach erosion and inflammation. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago and wondered if that had any effect on the acid balance in the stomach. Any information please.

New Here - Hello!
Hi I am new here and this is my first post. I was diagnosed in 2008 with Type IIB, had double mastectomy, then two years later a full hysterectomy (BRCA gene). Then really was NED for 10 years. After reaching the 10 year milestone, I had a reoccurrence in my lungs and I am stage IV. Started on Faslodex

Breast Cancer Cell arrive again for me after 13 years
I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer back in November 2005. I had a complete Mastectomy and nineteen Lymph Nodes removed. A port was put in my chest and I received six months of hard Chemo. When that was completed I was put on Tamoxifen for twelve years and at each visit with my Doctor I was told I was

Worst fears confirmed. 3rd cycle failure. Shuttered!
OTD came & I knew it hadn't worked. I'm so torn apart and angry. What's wrong with me. I can't even face husband, he keeps apologising for the vasectomy he did before meeting me. I think the world is making fun of me as people around me are having kids like fruits. It's time to accept my fate and I

Does normalcy exist on this journey?
There isn't a single place in me that hasn't been touched by this struggle and I am wondering if any women here could speak to how their lives have changed? I want to know if everyone is as obsessed as me! For me, it feels like every moment, every decision, from what I am eating to how I am thinking

Nagging ache
Had a mastectomy Oct 15, and it doesn’t feel right, if I lift or stretch, I get this horrible nagging feeling, in the back by shoulder blades, and sometimes it catches my breath and makes me cough, any ideas on what to do to ease this would be good.x

Newly Diagnosed Breast Cancer
I'm new to this website. I'm very scared right now after learning I have DCIS in situ. My MRI has shown a little more breast cancer involvement, so the specialist says treatment must be a mastectomy, not a lumpectomy as originally thought. Although I feel if I must trade a breast for my life, it's
