CHANGING ROOM CHAT...DECEMBER...WEEK 3...TIME to MOVE...!
The benefits are many, and varied... improving heart health, reducing
stress
, the list goes on., and like so many things we do, when those feel good endorphins are released into our body, they work their special magic.

Feeling we are losing control and that things will be worse in the future, adds stress & anxiety which creates a destructive feedback loop.

Tapering - have I overshot?
I don’t know if it has all built up to a perfect storm with the taper and the jab and the
stress
of my back pain, but I was feeling a bit nauseous, my neck ache is more evident, arms ache, plus this morning I was reading a book and kept falling asleep and I feel generally unwell.

Benefits of yoga 🙏
I have been doing yoga more often, and it is great from a
stress
reducing and muscle toning perspective, I came across a research article about how yoga decreases the sympathetic and increases the parasympathetic nerve system… lowering blood pressure and heart rate.

Supra Ventricular Ectopy
I have had some
stress
recently in that my wife has broken her hip and needs more care than usual. I take 1000mg of magnesium glysenate daily and a prescription potassium. I'm worried that the PACS are precursors to renewed AFIB.

sleep study test - normal
hello I had a sleep study in April and I enquired if I might get some feedback in time for my exercise
stress
echo appointment coming up as felt like a loose end and it would be good to make the cardiology people aware if an issue.

OCD checking/reading before throwing
Work dont know I have ocd but even if I tell them now I cant get my stuff back but it has caused a lot of
stress
between us all and even risk of losing job because I cant stop going on about losing my stuff which is annoying them. Am just being told to get over it and move on.

Wishing everyone a happy and safe holiday
The
stress
of being in a room with lots of people talking at the same time would send me into sensory overload. And now as I am older, The Opposite, my family have all gone their separate ways, the kids are adults now and hours away with their things to do. Too many empty chairs.

Have I upset the applecart?
Could this be backlash on my adrenals due to the extra
stress
I am feeling by doing my brief walks when my anxiety is at it's worst Just wondering whether it might be my Hashi's flaring up, change in routine with my meds or the additional

So tired
Antibiotics or
stress
kick off lyme symptoms. I was doing so well upto this. At a loss as to whether its lyme or a reaction to the injection. Daunting to think I'm going to feel like this monthly. I'm very much into keeping fit in my own gym but right now all I want to do is sleep..

Phlegmy covid cough and recovery times
He’s been under a lot of
stress
lately too which seems to be making it worse. How long does it take to clear the cough before I should start worrying?

Scared
I used to put it down to
stress
and hoped I would feel better if I ever got on top of
stress
levels. I'm terrified because I have read that without surgery these neurological symptoms will just keep getting worse.. and I've already felt them worsen especially in the last 10, 5 and 1 year .

I thought I could put things behind me
Hi guys, I’ve messaged before and thought I could move on with things after a great
stress
test results. Male 21. Yet again though, after a chiropractor session the day before. Yesterday I was having dreadful chest tightness at around 10:30am so I panic and give in and head to A+E.

How do you get the motivation to get out of bed?
I have been unable to keep a job for no longer than 2 years which puts even more
stress
on my family. My husband and even my oldest 26 year old son who lives with us also, are always making me feel like I am a failure in life especially when it comes to me not working.

advice needed!
As I’ve climbed the career ladder and the
stress
and pressure have increased I’m finding that I can no longer function properly. My flares are increasing, the fibro fog is horrendous, I’m constantly in pain, cannot sleep and the fatigue is out of this world.

diagnosed in Feb. with atrial flutter at ED
I have had a Holter,
stress
test, and echocardiogram. The results over a 48 hour period were many PCV’s, atrial flutters and some afib, To shorten my story I am on 5 mg apixabam, split in two, and came off metoprolol because of heart rate going too low.
