Stress
appears to be a trigger for my symptoms as when on holiday, relaxed and free of
stress
, I feel much better and my symptoms ease. When I return to work the pressure is constant and never ending and I struggle to make it to the end of the day let alone the week.

Tough spot
THUS:
Stress
for me. I'm about at my wits end. I cannot discuss anything of importance with her, She immediately vocally interperates everything I say to fit her screwed up thinking and it is driving me nuts. It makes me doubt myself among other things.

Applying for retirement on medical grounds, wish me luck
It has a
stress
score, a sleep score and more importantly it has an incredibly useful “Body Battery “ which is designed to tailor your workouts to (I used to be a runner and a cyclist etc ) but now it’s main use is “ do I need to rest?” I hope this year brings you personal progress.

Whiteboards, post-its, timers, oh my - what is your bridge to change from unstructured to structured time with an adult diagnosis?
I've also never voluntarily requested more accountability in my life and that sounds scary, and I'm trying to move away from using
stress
and anxiety as motivators.

Bradycardia from stress/depression
I was taken to the hospital, and chronic
stress
, anxiety and depression caused by home circumstances were deemed the cause. Social work claims that my elderly father (in his mid-90s with multiple health issues and episodic psychosis) does not merit assessment for a care home.

feeding to sleep advice
Health visitors etc are encouraging to break the cycle after 7/8months but I have no idea how that would be possible or even if the
stress
of doing it to both me and baby would benefit us that much down the line.

Flare advice
I wrote the other day asking about
stress
flares. Well, I went fr 1 1/2 back up to 2, thought it was going to help but now I can see it wont and seems like its going to be a humdinger. What is that "temporary" fix where you go up a bit for a few days and then start a quick taper?

Deep breathing
Engaging in deep breathing can quiet your thoughts, decelerate your heartbeat, and alleviate
stress
. It enhances your ability to concentrate. With each inhalation, envision positive energy entering your body.

Advice please
He has never had a
stress
test. He has had a tape , ECG, echo , x-ray and bloods. He has no chest pain or palpitations and was short of breath on climbing stairs but not to a severe level. He doesn't have high cholesterol.

Aortic Valve Replacement Monitoring
I opted for private surgery because long waits and lack of communication from the NHS was causing me such
stress
and anxiety and recently retired I had savings I could use. I saw a cardiologist and was referred to a surgeon and had OHS.

Change of Diagnosis
After 3 weeks of
stress
and anxiety. Increased symptoms and sleepless nights.Turns out its not Atrial fibrillation but normal sinus rhythm fast rate. So was due to start Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg, once daily. Except I take an ssri that interacts with it.

Caregiver for elderly parents/ difficult times
He is still pretty sharp mentally but has some physical issues and feels
stress
over my mom, money and lack of help from my brother and his wife. The bad days are starting to outweigh the good. I try to do my best but suffer myself from severe depression and anxiety.

I can't have calmness and i worry I'm getting sick. And it all began with sickness
It's so much
stress
i feel sick. And getting sick at the first place brought me here, in this position, in home. Also wondering whether to give up my accommodation. All friends also left me. All therapists left me. I don't get money here for myself which to spend on therapy

what to think?
I’ve read any literature I can find about whether
stress
, excess belly fat (need to lose 20) , cholesterol can cause the kind of “inflammation” that can cause high platelets but can’t find solid answers from credible sources or journals.

Tired
Hello I have Complex PTSD, depression and serious anxiety problems. I am tired of dealing with all of this everyday. I would never inflict harm on myself or others though. I joined this group so I could maybe have people to talk to........if I can help others, that would be great too!

Feeling Shame...
My PTSD symptoms include an overwhelming shame. It can be overwhelming at times. Part of it is shame for the things that happened to me, and part of it is shame for the things that I truly did. I know we "sufferers" can manifest things differently, and for me my shame is overwhelming at times. How
