Mini pill causes acid reflux/gastritis?
It's making me feel so depressed and hopeless; I've tried everything to help - I have regular therapy which has improved managing
stress
and anxiety greatly, I've tried different diets, don't drink alcohol or coffee, don't smoke, eat small meals and avoid fatty greasy foods.

Severe hypertension despite meds
Stress
is the trigger, whether good
stress
(excitement) or bad
stress
(long list for anyone these days) and I'm sure it pushes my cortisol level through the roof as I have many symptoms. My GP has contacted endocrinology who say my T3 dose is too high and must be reduced.

It seems like
stress
and excessive drinking seems to be linked to these episodes, so we have tried to keep him
stress
free and he has significantly reduced his alcohol intake. He returned to his flat the first week of January when he returned to work; he works from home.

I should be happy right now but I'm not
So I've struggled with major depressive disorder since 17 now I'm 28 yrs old. I've finally achieved getting my first apartment on my own. But in reality I'm a mess between my depression and my PTSD over flashbacks. I was previously married for 8 years to my ex husband. I cant stop going back to when

W45R2 - Injury and no running for 4-6 weeks 😥
Maybe it has to do with
stress
... and bad shoes... and lack of time...? But it happened. I confess that this is what I fear the most: That if I stop running, I won't start again. I can't even imagine how to continue after the break.

Found these for stress/anxiety
My sister in law sent me these in a care package years ago and forgot all about them until the other day- found on Amazon. They are made with plants-Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, and Star of Bethlehem. I just had one and I’m yawning. I think whether or not it’s a placebo effect I like

hair loss - Adalimumab ?
I’m not sure if it’s the meds or general life
stress
!! I hope it’s not the injections as they seem to be working (after several other steroids being unsuccessful and azathoprine causing my liver cirrhosis). I’ve contacted my GP. Does anyone have any advice or experienced this? Xx

cortisol and adrenaline - stress system seems broken - exaggerated response to normal stress
My problem now is that small
stress
causes a large effect. One example : I was waiting for an online sale. I noticed it had arrived, and a bolt of adrenaline like lightning went through my body. It took a week for my heart to go back to normal, and stop waking me with a surge near morning.

It's Fibromyalgia Not Mental Health
I find personally that any kind of emotional trauma or
stress
or worry etc, really elevates body pain Or simply just over doing it by a hairs length will trigger it.

wondering about career change
I can also see how less
stress
would actually save some money and my health. I am salaried for 5 days a week but usually do a lot on weekends when I can focus better. I want to enjoy life. If you have made a change like this what are the pros and cons you’ve faced?

Forgetting words
Could this be
stress
related or a medication side effect or something? I’m not forgetting anything else or getting lost or having memory loss. Just like the words are just poof! Gone. Anyone else experience this?

AFib Burden
it seems to me that being in afib is a
stress
on one’s heart and thus not a good thing even if the symptoms aren’t too bad. Has anyone experienced something similar? thank you!

Hello 1st post advice on giving up work?
I’m not coping physically or mentally due to the pain I’m in, depression and constant
stress
I’m on a not so merry go round of formal/informal sickness reviews and have a stage 1 review tomorrow after 1 day off sick in 6 months which I only managed due to using holidays when I was feeling so rubbish!
