Abnormal liver function
Hoping it could it just be
stress
from the illness, having further blood tests this week to check full liver blood panel and thyroid function. Interested to know if you had this post op and how long it took to settle. JHolly

progesterone level update
I’m trying not to
stress
, but the clinic just rang me. I’m really upset and confused. They’ve “re discussed” my progesterone level and advised me to add an extra cyclogest am & pm.. Because the information they gave me yesterday obviously wasn’t correct ….

Amlodipine Side Effects
I experience regular spikes which maybe
stress
related or reactive to sound. I've recently started taking 5mg Amlodipine for high blood pressure and it seems to be aggravating the tinnitus in both ears. Has anyone else had similar experience with taking Amlodipine?

Basically I've eventully had to stop working as a nurse as I couldn't cope with the demand of the 12 hour shifts on my feet and the
stress
of the job. I took on Homecare working thinking the hours wouldn't be as long and less
stress
, how wrong was I.

Fighting to keep it together
The emotional and mental
stress
has started to catch up and I've found myself crying and having to say goodbye to the few that will be laid off right after the first of the year as I've known them for years.

(No trauma history, panic starts with built up

Ahhhhhh… finally I’ve done some solid workouts…
😀😀😀 As mentioned in some recent posts, I’ve had a couple of weeks of high
stress
at work, low time for looking after myself, so in the last 14 days my workouts were far and few between, with only a bare minimum of intentional S&F sessions. That finally changed this weekend!!! Yey!!!

Bad cold sore should I wait to inject Methotrexate?
I was at the dentist last Thursday - not my usual one - and she was a bit rough! She split my lip in the corner and it's came out with large cold sores which are not healing! 😔 I'm considering not injecting today to give them a better chance to heal - what do you think? They're sore and I can't eat

Mindfulness for FND
Hi In doing my research, I found this free resource which I will share with my son too as I think it will be another tool in his belt, managing FND: https://palousemindfulness.com/index.html It is a weekly course which shows techniques managing
stress
and chronic pain.

your thoughts welcome
Hope that was just
stress
related... My biggest fear is being left worse off and being not well trying to care for my mum. I recently lost one carer I had so it is just me now and not easy to get another one privately.

I don't even care about what I feel anymore I want to fix the behavior. Its something I can control and that helps me a lot. Stuff like my emotions for example.

I'm so tired of these tension headaches which are causing anxiety to hit the roof. I hope it's nothing wrong with my brain🤷🏻
Been getting them although my CAT scan was normal but I have always been suffering from GAD and PTSD that I have been clinically diagnosed with. Are anyone going through this too? Please let me know it will help me feel better
