should I reduce or not?

Before the weather turned hot I was in a good state and planned to reduce from 19 to 18 mg prednisolone today. But then the heat wave started; it's taken me several days to realize that's why I am having problems and generally not feeling very well. Heat causes stress, so should I delay the reduction to 18 mg until it is cooler?

Another week or two (doubt hot weather will last a lot longer than that) on current dose is nothing in the great scheme of things…

Extremes of weather affects our illnesses, so don’t rock the boat….

Well I would wait. I have been at 5mg with Actemra for a few months now and for the last couple of weeks have been feeling quite ropey - we have had weeks of 30C plus here, albeit alternating with a week or so each time of 5C lower than it should be which has been a pleasant relief each time. But last night I took 1mg extra - and despite doing far more than usual this morning and it being well in the 20s in the shade, I feel so much better. I may do it again!
