Hi all it's been little while since posting on hear so iv not been on any medication to help me go toliet iv been doing OK without any medication but my bowel movements have started to chnage again I don't wanna look to much into this as Iv had normal bowels movements for few months now its like rabbit dropping iv had alot of stress could this be why and my diet is OK om the od time I will have take away witch isn't good and Iv been having more bread again

It sounds like constipation, I used to get this but years ago when my IBS first started. Over time, I have had to keep enough fibre in my diet without overdoing it which causes diarrhea in my case. Are you drinking plenty of water throughout the day? This is a must. Cut out the takeaways, stuff like this is no good at all and try to reduce stress and anxiety. Stick with as much natural foods as possible and avoid processed foods. Eat fresh fruit daily, pineapple is good, it contains natural digestive enzymes.
