improving the chance of successful cardioversion
Hi all, I have had AF for approx. 9 months and am due to have my first DC cardioversion in a few weeks. I am taking amiodarone leading up to the procedure and also on bisisoprolol. I have read that fish oil can improve the chance of success. Does anyone have experience of this and/or know of anything

Believe in yourself
Sorry about your bad luck with whatever you were taking Joke. I have experimented myself but am pretty careful. I am going to be talking with a friend of my son's whose wife suffers with severe COPD he uses essential oils and I am going to be talking to him in the near future. I have weaned myself off

Who to listen to. High LDL. Low HDL.
Dr Fuhrman says "vegetarian, no dairy, but nuts, avocado, fish oil good. Dr Estellstyn who helped President Clinton says "no meat or dairy nuts avocados or oil" Dr Mercola says " fats are good, fish is good, build up HDL. I read you don't need HDL when your LDL is reduced. Confused ...what to do

Essential Oils for GAD and Depression
Has anyone on here used essential oils to help balance out your mood? As some of you may know, I'm very interested in natural remedies. (You name it, I've tried it: yoga, meditation, massage therapy, acupuncture-- and I love all of them). I'm a big believer in essential oils, and I think for people who

Essential Oils Vs. Medication
Has anyone got a prescription for medication and realized the cost, and it may not be worth putting your child through the ups and downs of the meds, and have tried essential oils? or do both? Can someone comment on the type of oil used and the pros and cons of them both!!
