Results of test with a history of ME/CFS
First of all I have a history of ME/CFS not hypothyroidism. I feel well and have either recovered from ME/CFS or it is in remission, and wanted to get tests while feeling well. My only symptom is tinnitus. I have no fatigue or neurological complaints otherwise at present although i have had lots of fatigue

spinal cord stimulator side effects
I wanted to know has anyone experienced itching skin ( mine is on my shoulder blades) following having a spinal cord stimulator fitted. I had mine fitted in 2018 and for some years now both my shoulder blades itch nearly all the time and drive me crazy, there is no rash or sign of anything on the skin

The battle is over
Good morning, A week ago my brother aka Savkid passed away. He fought valiantly this cancer for just over 2 years since diagnosis. I am ever grateful that we had the time we did. I will miss him alot In the last month, he became increasingly weak after the second chemo (docetaxel) treatment, so treatments

sciatica
I’ve had sciatica for a few years. Was going to physical therapy and was helping. The day before Easter I fell and landed on my tail bone. Since then it’s back with a vengeance. My whole left leg gets numb. I had a left hip replacement in 2020. Drs say I have spinal stenosis and need spinal surgery.

New to the crew with questions
Like I said, I was diagnosed 8 yrs ago when I had my initial MRI/
spinal
tap
. Since then I've only had 1 other. Should I be getting them more often or should I be finding a new neurologist?

Paleontology Diet – By Dr Barry Durrant-Peatfield
Excerpt from the transcript of a talk given by the late Dr Barry Durrant-Peatfield at one of TPA's Annual Conferences several years ago.
I'm posting this here because we've recently had a few questions/posts about extreme diets such as the carnivor diet. Personally, I think what Dr Peatfield

Test Result Guidance Please 🙏
To the wise oricles and sages in the group, please could you guide me with my Atrophic Autoimmune Thyroiditis. Despite waiting soooo long to get a private test result, I had been preparing myself for "within range" results. (How sad is that?) I know I probably should be happier with the results, but

Possible Outcome of Severe Spinal Stenosis

Broken in all the right places?🧐🤔
This is me. I have permanent nerve damage on the majority of my left side from shoulder to hand to hip to shin. I have every excuse to wallow in self pity and take out my frustrations on the world and people around me...and I have, believe me. 2 Lower back fusion surgeries 5 days apart in '16 and a week

Undiagnosed for decades
Then last month a
spinal
tap
found some specific gunk in my
spinal
fluid, which proved conclusively that I have multiple sclerosis. Even today there are people who are pivotal to my life that do not take my life-altering MS symptoms seriously. But hey, it took me twelve years to believe it.

frustrated with restriction of naproxen
After an unsuccessful spinal fusion surgery in 2001(and 2 more since) I’ve been taking naproxen for about 15 years and get that together with a long list of other pain meds every 3 months,I’ve now been told I can only have 2 month supply of naproxen at a time which is messing up my repeat meds routine
