I’ve had sciatica for a few years. Was going to physical therapy and was helping. The day before Easter I fell and landed on my tail bone. Since then it’s back with a vengeance. My whole left leg gets numb. I had a left hip replacement in 2020. Drs say I have spinal stenosis and need spinal surgery. Don’t want that. Has anyone gotten relief from anything else. Did epidurals. They are hit and miss. Thanks.

sciatica
Chiropractor was the only thing that solved my sciatica.
But highly likely to be contraindicated in your case.
There are stretches on YouTube that may help. Just be very careful.
All the best.
I had what I believe was a horrible sciatica attack couple of weeks ago …. I could hardly walk. Go to YouTube and look up Bob and Brad physical therapist videos and watch the sciatica help video….. I did that and a hip video and actually helped take away my pain took a few days of constantly doing the exercises but worked for me.
Hi Nanny23, sorry you had to go through this, must be horrible, I have sciatica in my right him and the only things that gets rid of it is Co-Drydomol, see if you can get some from your gp and hope this works for you
I feel for you Nanny23, that fall on yr tail bone hurts extremely without having sciatica, so I know it must have been excruciating! From memory THAT pain will last for some days yet. I'd avoid exercising at all for a few days, but grab as many hot baths and rest as your lifestyle permits. Vaping some weed couldn't hurt either.
