PSA is going up. 0.04 on 24th April, 0.27 on 25th July, 0.41 on 24th August and 1.68 today. I have been on Eligard since I was diagnosed with metastatic PCa in 2016 and my psa has been usually negligible. Have had radiation, chemotherapy (Docetaxel) and SBRT to 2 areas (T10 vertebrae & 6th rib) over the years. I had spinal fusion on 7 vertebrae in May 2024 because a compression fracture developed on T10 and surrounding vertebrae after SBRT. What next?

Don't think we are similar. I had critical reaction to Docsetel and am in a wheelchair. I believe I am the exception.
