Hi, I'm 29... I got the depo shot for the first time in February. This is my first time using this form of birth control. I am typically a sensitive and emotional person. Since taking the shot I have experienced a host of symptoms; most of which I see other woman have experienced. Here's a list of the

Depo-Provera pain after starting it
Hey, I finally went and got the depo-Provera shot yesterday but today the spot where she injected hurts so bad, it’s painful to walk. Also I have pain and like a heavy dull ache in my pubic bone area along with occasional sharp pains in my ovaries. Is this just a sign my body is getting used to

Pain a week after stopping Zoladex
Hey everyone, Last week I decided to stop taking Zoladex after 4 months of injections due to the side effects were getting too much for me including the hot flushes, incontinence and depression. I managed to see my gynae last Friday and it was a total waste of time again. He didn't know Zoladex causes

Cancelled endo specialist appointment
After 8 years of waiting they have cancelled my endo specialist appointment again. They have moved me to the 24th April 2019. I am so annoyed and helpless. My GP cannot give me anything anymore. We have tried depo-provera treatment, around 30 different hormone pills, painkillers, different endo diets

Depo Provera Injections for Endo
Hi there I have been on Depo since September 2018 and have noticed changes within myself like weight gain, depression, reduced sex drive, mood swings, achey bones joints which I know are a common factor when taking this drug. I was advised to have these injections for my endo to lower the flow of bleeding

New wheel chair
I sent a message to my sister to tell her I had got a wheelchair & sent her this picture. Can you believe it? She asked me if I’d had my hair done. 😱😱 I’m at the hospital on Tuesday for a Depo-Medrone jab (an appointment I had to beg for after my 8th January appointment was cancelled). Perhaps I

Someone help me *birth control*
I’m 18 years old, and all my life I’ve never had an issue with my natural periods. I got put on birth control (the pill) to help my skin at around 13/14, but with that came hell. My period would never stop, I would bleed for months and months at a time. The pill never made my periods extremely painful

I am currently experiencing a flare up and have had a 120mg Depo-Medrone injection. Do any of you have

Endo help
Hi there. I’m 20 y/o. So I had a laparoscopy & left salpingectomy June 18th for Stage4 endometriosis. My doctor started me on depo provera to help stabilize my body. She told me I had to be On the birth control due to the fact that my Endo would return. How soon did it return after surgery?

Anyone else?
Hi all. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience of Sayana Press? It’s Depo Provera but you administer it yourself. I went back on Depo Provera in April to stop my long drawn out ovulation pain that lasts 10 days every month and on the 11th September I swapped over to sayana press. I had my

Anyone been on this? I go on the 4/10 for my first just, I'm absolutely terrified of needles and told I don't have any options left when it comes to helping my painful periods as I've tried everything else. I asked for it in pill form and was refused and the docs also refused to send me back to the gyno

Mycophenolate and periods
I wonder if anyone has experienced a change in their cycle after starting mycophenolate. I have had troublesome periods for years, more so in the last two years as disease activity increased prior to diagnosis. I've had 6 months of depo provera injections which helped initially for a few weeks but
