Hey guys, does anyone have experience with either of these injections or all? Does anyone know the science behind them and how do they affect fertility? What do people prefer? Xx Thanks in advance

GnRH will put you into a temporary menopause and are therefore often given with HRT to balance out the menopausal side effects. I believe these can only be used for a period of 6 months as they are very strong. Their aim is to suppress oestrogren and therefore halt endo growth. Depo Provera is done every 3 months and will cause less side effects by comparison but may not be as fully effective as the GnRH at relieving endo symptoms if they are severe. Both should preserve fertility but it may be awhile before your periods return after stopping them.
Hope that helps x
