Anti seizure tablets after brain haemorage
The
Sodium
Valporate anti seizure tablets she is taking now have really knocked her off her feet and she has difficulty standing up. She is changing to lacosamide in the hope that it will have less side effects. Does anyone have experience of lacosamide?

B12 by injection 💉 - first steps . . . 👣
One of the commercial brands available is Neo-cytamen 1000ug/ml hydroxocobalamin for injection - the info for this (P.I.L.) is easily found online - a simple product with only
sodium
chloride**, acetic acid** (- vinegar) in water, with the active ingredient.

suspected epidural tumour
Hi all! Hope you are all doing well. My dad just got his scans back, and to go along with his rising PSA (over 260 now), the said they suspect he has an epidural tumour. Our MO typically glazes past his scan results as she doesn’t seem them significant, I want to make sure I am right to be worried here

GI issues post transplant
I am now 7 months post kidney transplant. I was fortunate to never be on dialysis and had a living donor. Things are going just fine with good lab work and I feel great. I am back doing most of what I did prior to transplant. Now the reason for my question is that the only thing I have had issues

GP’s and meds (Losartan and Lercanadipine) !!
The nurse said all the readings were fine, but then she started to go right back through my records and she found that my
sodium
level had always fluctuated over the last 3 years and has only once been in the normal range!

What should I expect at the end?
My dad 77 year old had been battling castration resistant prostate cancer for many years. He was in remission for awhile (unsure exactly how long as he was secretive about the whole thing) however it made a huge comeback in January of 2022 and he has been through a short stint of chemo as well as

. I have always been very tired and cold, weight gain, brain fog, constipation, dry skin, hair loss etc.

Falling eGFR?
My latest tests were: Serum
sodium
142 mmol/L,Serum potassium 3.8,Serum creatinine 78,! eGFRcreat (CKD-EPI)/1.73 m*2. 76 mmol/L umol/L mL/min. I felt really unwell when the tests were taken so wondering if this is possibly indicative?

Post triple therapy options?
This past summer, I wrote because my husband's PSA numbers started doubling very quickly. (see quick recap below) By the time we got the PSMA PET scan a few weeks later, there were too many tumors in the bones to count. We jumped into triple therapy: Eligard, Nubeqa, and chemo.
