Adverse reaction to DIM Plus
Hello, I was wondering whether anyone else has had a bad reaction to DIM Plus? I started taking it to reduce my oestrogen dominance but I've felt so dizzy, lethargic, starving hungry, faint and shaky that I've had to stop it. I do suffer with endometriosis, under active thyroid, adrenal fatigue, low

Help please - My doctor is refusing to up my levothyroxine
Hi Everyone! I'm currently 35 but have been borderline underactive thyroid since I was 16 and it was left untreated for the majority of that time, one doctor would put me on Levothyroxine, one would take me off. In 2013 while I was pregnant one of the doctors at the hospital put me back on it and insisted

Hi to all-
Dad and I (Deb) have been following the site but first time for posting. Thank you all for sharing. I’ve been taking care of Dad since his diagnosis in 2011. We held steady with Lupron for the first two years or so, but since then, it’s been an aggressive battle. I don’t want to go back and second guess

Blood results - please decipher for me
Below is my last lot of bloods done in July 2017. I have no idea what most of it means. I see my cholesterol is a little high which is a bit of a concern. Can someone please tell me if these all look good? I would like to be in the "optimal" range, not just the "normal" range. I am 36. Got diagnosed

Has anyone used halo therapy as a form of preventative care? My daughter has been using sodium chloride through her nebulizer for many years. However, we have recently discovered a local salt spa. There is not a lot of research out there, but my daughter has had positive results from the times we
