Imodium Instants work?
Hi All, Just a quick one; for me Imodium does not work when I am having a D attack. It will work eventually though but like 5-6 hours later!!! Does anyone know if Imodium Instants actually do anything different?? Do they work quickly for you compared to normal Imodium? Thanks :-)

Painful cramps & D
Urgh I could cry. Infact I have just cried when my husband asked what was up. We've just been out for tea, I took my usual 2 Imodium about 2 hours before eating as a precaution. I had a beef Sunday dinner and only ate about half when I started getting hot and stomach cramps. Embarrassingly had to leave

Where in UK to move to that treatment for RA could still be afforded by NHS
My husband and I both have RA. We have been subject to getting virtually all our treatment stopped here in Cambridgeshire and live in a constant state of fear and worry as we are now only both receiving a few opioid painkillers each a month, can't get any proper medication and we turn up for appointments

Results/question after passing of Dad
We have finally received the Foundation One results. They listed 3 genomic findings of CDKN2A/B loss, microsatellite status MS-Stable, Tumor Mutation Burden-intermediate; 8 muts. There were no FDA approved or potential clinical trials. We have about 30 pages of medical terminology that we dont understand

Shocked, scared and emotional
I was admitted to York last Monday for an abdomen drain. Should have been here 1 night but still here as sodium levels are really low and they believe my liver could be failing fast. Being kept in until the end of the week then transferred to Leeds for transplant assessment. I was actually told yesterday

Anxiety about going on holiday
Hi all, I go on holiday at the end of the week and I’m really 10000% dreading it. Last time I was on holiday I couldn’t eat or drink anything. All the holiday was was embarrassment and pain. I’m only going for 4 days which is giving my slight reassurance but I really am bricking it - which most of you

CKD/Diabetes
Following are my latest lab results. GFR has been in the 35-45 range for the last 3 years. I am also type 2 diabetic. I asked my nephrologist about diet, and he said to just watch sodium. Unfortunately, we do not have a diabetic/renal dietitian in my area and I'm driving myself nuts trying to balance
