Why is my peak flow dropping & should I be worried?
Hi. I'm new here. The average peak flow for my age, height & gender should be around 400. Before lockdown, it was around 350 but has been dropping since an exacerbation in May. This morning, it was at 160. I'm not a smoker, but do have open gas fires, have just bought two air purifiers and exercise

Has anyone tried low dose naltrexone? How did it go for you?
Apparently it can lower TPO antibodies, which in my case, even after removing gluten, dairy and soy, are very high (960). Has anyone tried this?

Allergic or Asthma
I’ve always had at cat in my home for 20 years about 2 months ago I got 2 kittens and my asthma has been bad for the last week. On steroids wheezing low peak flow can you just become allergic or is this just an asthma flare up.

How to Balance Low Sodium and Electrolyte Replacement During Exercise?
There are two nutrition segments who do not communicate much: low sodium diets and electrolyte replacement. I have seen a number of articles about "low sodium backpacking" and "low sodium backpacking meals." There are also many, many articles (likely driven by a lucrative market) on electrolyte replacement

How do we assemble our cumulative CKD knowledge so that it's a) digestible and b) easily accessible to all?
An impossible task (especially with the HealthUnlocked format) but it seems there's great knowledge out here amongst us .. but no way to assemble it in an easily accessible place. We seem doomed to repeating ourselves and having useful information 'slip down the page' and out of view. How on earth

Good news, it can be reversed.
Good news . I have reversed my F2 to F0 in two years through low carb diet and exercise. Loose weight, clean diet and exercise really work. Be optimistic.

About 'good' oils for NASH and NAFLD
I haven't been officially diagnosed, but believe this is my issue and has been for some time. I am going to overhaul diet and do what I can.... but I have a question about oils. I know all veg canola etc must be avoided. High quality olive oil is on your list to take daily. What about coconut oil

Non STEMI
I am new here, I had a non STEMI 2 months ago and was prescribed the most common medications, I.e. Ticegralor, Bisoprolol, Artovastatin and Aspirin. I was fortunate that the angiogram and subsequent ultrasound indicated there was no apparent damage to the heart muscle and I have recovered fully. No

Cirrhosis and dealing with salt & sugar cravings
Hello, I have (3 mths ago) been officially confirmed by fibroscan & ultrasound with F4 Cirrhosis. Unknown to me, or not taking liver disease seriously, I have had pretty bad liver problems for at least 6 years. To be honest, I am still trying to get my mind around it. A few months ago, I was quite

Where in the range (bloods) ought I be? How is the range determined?
A poster posted some blood results about a year ago, along with range applicable. Asthma symptoms
Hi all, just wondering if anyone gets the same issue as me. So my peak flow etc is ok but at the moment I feel like it's harder to breath. Not like gasping for air but more like it's more effort. I am coughing up mucus but I think that's due to smoking. I am trying to stop but it's so hard It's really
