perineural Invasion
My prostate biopsy has discovered perineural invasion (cancer along nerves) in 4 out of 6 sites with Gleason Score 9 in half of my prostate. Overcoming anxiety about going out
Since I started on immunotherapy in January, I've had a few setbacks. I've had episodes of really bad pain - diverticulitis, I've had to have fluid drained from my lung and around my heart - both made me feel very unwell. I now have atrial fibrilation which seems to be a side issue of lung cancer

He has started Firmagon + Darulotomide with Docetaxel planned in the coming weeks. We also got a second opinion

PC no longer castrate resistant
Hello all, my latest pet/ct scan indicates my PC is no longer castrate resistant as there is new disease growth in my lungs. Largest lesion is 2.5 centimeters. I'm no longer taking xtandi, so it can be "washed out" of my system prior to new treatment, however I'm still getting quarterly lupron shots

PSA Rising
Asking for a friend of my father this time. He had surgery in december 2022 and everything was removed including glands. Gleason 4+5. His PSA has risen från 0.1 to 0.14 in 12 months. His doctor says to do nothing until it hits 0.2. But shouldn’t he do more? Maybe he doesn’t have advanced cancer yet.
