74 yo male 3rd round of pluvicto PSA started at 9.8 down to 1.41 !! Been on Luprone for 18 months! Prostrate has been removed and cancer has spread to liver and spine. Surprisingly I feel good, no pain yet! I am a farmer still going 12 hours a day! I use quad-med shots for ED , but they don’t work as good as they use to! Any ideas or suggestions?

Are you outside of North America? How did you jump from Lupron to Pluvicto without first having chemo?

Thanks, first I've heard of that outside a trial, but I know it's being explored.

May I asked if you have any mutations?

Not sure

I would assume your Medical Oncologist at one point ran a Germline Mutation panel and a Genome Mutation Panel, it seems guys with No Mutations do well with Pluvicto, Very Fortunate
