After the surgery my doctors gave me Nivolumab. After 7 months, I had resistance again. Now I am without treatment and my doctors propose

Silent Reflux after lung surgery?
All symptoms of
silent
reflux
that I never had before my surgery. I'm now taking Lansoprazole and Gaviscon Double Action or Advance as it was previously known. A week on, it has definitely made a difference to my cough in that I don't cough so often.

Need advice as the Docs don’t talk!!
Hi, I’m just wanting to see what you guys think about this and if anyone can give me more info. I started my periods 9 years ago when I was 13 and every month for a week I was off school due to my pains, I couldn’t even walk and used to throw up for a week straight because the pain was that surreal.

Can Graves' Disease present with lower urinary tract symptoms?
Hello, I was diagnosed with Graves disease back in May 2017. At the time I had a general feeling of unwell, a rapid heartbeat, nausea and excessive sweating. I was put on Carbimozole - my medication eventually lowered to just 5MG every other day, when I was told a month ago that as my levels were 'normal

Silent Acid Reflux
I suspect I have this condition, due to some chronic symptoms. Is the bicarb of soda/burp test the best way to check if I have low or high stomach acid?

Multiple problems - overwhelmed
I developed asthma probably from the
silent
reflux
and the loss of about 20% of my chest cavity. In preparing for surgery it was determined that I have type 3 achalasia. I also found out I have multiple very large liver cysts. I'm overwhelmed as three of these conditions are considered rare.

LPR / SILENT REFLUX worries
Hi, my LPR started a month ago. It began with my throat closing up / contracting / spasming at night. I was unable to sleep at all because i simply couldn't breathe. A few days later i got the more classic signs of LPR, a sore throat, burning tongue, lump in the throat, mucus. I went to the GP and he

Not another baby sleep plea
She was suffering from
silent
reflux
and in her earlier months I was recovering from a broken leg and have only recently been able to help more. Our lovely little girl rarely sleeps for more than an hour and a half at a time and the past ten or so days have seen her up every hour.

Anyone got experience of a baby with CMPA and silent reflux?
Hi all, just after a bit of advice/reassurance. After nearly a month of issues (not sleeping on back or during the day at all unless held, snacking on feeds, green poo etc.) and 2 GP visits over the Christmas period it looks as if our daughter is suffering from CMPA and reflux (she’s 9 weeks old tomorrow

Possible PCOS but GP won’t refer me to endocrinologist - hair loss main issue
Hi all, Just found the site. I’m 38 and in Nov. I had a transvaginal scan and have fibroids and ‘suggestion of polycystic ovaries’. I have been on the pill since I was 31 - starting for bad skin (horrible acne type on chin during time of month) and before the pill I had normal periods, a 28 day cycle

Laparoscopic Nissen Fundoplication, post op advice
I am finding things difficult and still experiencing
silent
acid
reflux
. May I ask if you have undergone the Nissen op and how long is it before I see the benefits. Also, your experiences post op would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I have none of the symptoms it's supposed to investigate – my consultant wanted to find out if I have
silent
reflux
and if that caused the (irreversible) damage to my oesophagus.

0.5 reduction
Can I possibly feel so bad with a tiny 0.5 reduction?? Aching legs and wrecked tired even more than normal if that's actually possible! Been on 4.5 what seems like forever. So reduced slowly to taking the 4 for last few days. Could it be that. Should I just keep going or give in..... Again! Also taking

First asthma, then acid reflux, now eczema. What next?
Suggested I have
silent
acid
reflux
and prescribed omeprazole which stopped the night time coughing and constant need to clear my throat. Still coughing on and off though it is much improved.
