Need advice as the Docs don’t talk!!

Hi, I’m just wanting to see what you guys think about this and if anyone can give me more info. I started my periods 9 years ago when I was 13 and every month for a week I was off school due to my pains, I couldn’t even walk and used to throw up for a week straight because the pain was that surreal. I got fobbed off with tablets all the time at the doctors, then I went on the pill when I was 16 and things got abit easier but still had a odd month I had to be off school or work. When I was 18 I went from pill to implant to nothing as the implant was awful for me, I gained around 4 stone in a year so went off contraception altogether. I started the pill again when I was 21 and think I’d tried about 4 different types of combi or single pill over a few months as none were agreeing with me. I finally found cilest which has been the best one for calming my pains and keeping my periods roughly regular but I now discharge all the time heavily which is annoying (I’ve had tests for other causes of discharge and I’m clear). I still get bad cramps where it takes my breath away but I’m not sick anymore. Over the last year I’d been experiencing really bad pains AFTER sex. The second he pulls out my stomach goes into spasm.. I have to curl up and cry, I throw up every time, I get hot and cold sweats, I black out. It feels like I’m in labour that’s the best way to describe the pain. I usually have to lay down in the shower close my eyes and have cold water on me until it passes which can vary between 5 mins to an hour. Some time during my teen years I also stopped going for a number 2 regularly. I go twice a week nowadays and have for a while but my diet is so healthy and I exercise every day, I’ve been trying to lose weight for 2 years and I’ve got nearly 2 stones but it’s been difficult and so slow even though I’ve been so strict and I run for half hour every day, I’m not sure if that is linked but it’s worth mentioning. So I went to the docs and got the normal it’s hormones, then they sent me for a scan which showed nothing so finally I got an appointment to have a laparoscopy which I had on Monday. My discharge letter says the procedure was ‘ laparoscopy and treatment of endometriosis’ but the nurses didn’t tell me anything while I was there other than to wait for my results letter which can take a month to arrive. I need answers, I don’t know how severe mine is or anything but I’m worrying all the time as I don’t know much about it or even what the surgeon did to me!! Also when my letter comes what happens then? Do I go to my GP or does it go to a specialist? Where do I go from here?

So if any of you have anything you could tell me or advice for me please do!!

Also to add-

Last year I went to physio for back hip and shoulder pains on a regular basis and the physio told me she couldn’t find anything wrong with those places.. can that be linked to endometriosis too???
