Does this sound like it could be
silent
reflux
? I wonder about going back to my GP and asking if they'll be willing to investigate further, but I guess that there's not much they will do if it is.

Silent Reflux? Is yours scary?
Doctor has me on nexium thinking it’s
silent
reflux
. Since starting tablets 2 days ago it seems to have moved down into my neck/throat but the cough is more controllable.

Hiatus hernia /silent reflux
I have a hiatus hernia and over time have symptoms that come and go. Recently I started to feel phlegm build up in throat and therefore clearing throat, especially in mornings and after eating(mainly after afternoon/evening meal) I have been on x2 Lansoprazole morning/evening. For three weeks now.

Silent reflux causing ongoing problems.
I have bronchiectasis which my resp consultant believes (as I do) was caused by
silent
reflux
. He has referred to my hernia as 'incarcerated' and 'large'. The gastroenterologist I saw said that it is 2.5 cm and so is 'small'. 18m ago I was referred to ENT as I kept losing my voice.

silent reflux better
I thought it about time to offer something positive about my reflux issues. You can skip to conclusion but thought history would help: . I posted months ago about how a cardiologist said my upper chest pressure probably reflux. I spent weeks on PPI - helped sensation in throat but gave me awful regurgitation

Silent reflux and night breathing
Hi, I've had what I think is
silent
reflux
for a while now. Big flare up of chesty morning cough, awful stuffy nose, sore throat in the morning. The nose and throat symptoms has settled somewhat with a steroid nose spray and a course of PPI.

Silent Reflux and B12 Deficiency- Any Link?
I saw my ENT consultant last week for ongoing ear issues and he diagnosed me with
silent
reflux
too, completely out of the blue with the only symptom being a husky voice that I kept losing (this was initially put down to my severe hay fever until I was seen by ENT).

Voice volume issues post ICU
I’ve seen ENT and they have diagnosed me with
silent
reflux
an and that has swollen my food pipe and irritated my vocal cords. I’m on week 5 of treatment and my voice is SO much better, but still croaky and limited in volume.

Best money I have spent as he told me it was
silent
reflux
and to try Gaviston Advanced after every meal and before I go to bed. I have been doing that for a week and also my Omeprozole too? Not doing too much so far but I am trying to go Dairy Free and eating a healthier diet more veg and fruit.

seem to be worse on ppi
We thought it would be worth treating for
silent
reflux
too as I was having a sensation of choking at night but since startling lansoprazole I’ve noticed a tight throat developing. My sleep is now awful and wake up feeling a bit sick and gaggy. Can ppi make things worse? I’m at a loss what to do?!

Asthma Inhalers And Gerd
I know heartburn, indigestion, Gerd and
silent
reflux
are common hypo syptoms but I thought I would add they can also be a side effect of certain asthma inhalers, particularly steroid ones.
