Silent reflux causing burning mouth?

Hello does anyone else experience burning mouth as a symptom of their silent reflux? I'm about to start pantopranazole after a recent Gastroscopy showed hiatus hernia and gastritis. I also have the classic hoarseness, kiss of voice and asthma like cough etc. l feel so isolated with this terrible irritated, burning pain at times. Would be grateful to hear your experience and what has helped.

i am going mad with burning throat and dry mouth ; it affects my lips ; and now I cannot move my neck and upper back. The burning is 24 hours a day; the only relief is chewing gum, I have tried everything looking down my throat , omeprazsole ; gaviscon; it really is pulling me down.

Have you had your B12 and iron levels checked? I have suffered from burning mouth syndrome and know how miserable it makes you feel. I saw a very good doctor at Manchester teaching hospital. She told me that low levels of iron and B12 may be a factor. I do have acid reflux problems and I’m waiting for an endoscopy test.
