Has anybody noticed a change to Armour at all this year?Just wanting to rule out different possibilities to why I feel worse than usual.
I have had alot of additional tough stressors this year ,but my FT4 and FT3 have dropped despite a gradual dose increase. I am going through the list of possibilities suggested on this forum, but thought I also should ask the question has Armour changed this year, ie perhaps a filler? I understand '

Low FT4, Normal TSH, Fluctuating FT3
Hi everyone, Would massively appreciate some advice as my GP & Endocrinologist are not giving me answers to why my Thyroid has been underactive. All they have done is say I should take Levothyroxine 25mg. Before I do I want to try create a holistic treatment plan alongside the medication & to do that

adrenal testing on the nhs?
is it worth trying? or are they going to only check for complete adrenal failure if i asked them? i have a feeling they will probably test what i ask since i've never had problems regarding specific tests before, but i would really just like to know what i should be checking. i'm losing LOTS of hair

Hi, I was diagnosed with under active thyroid around 5 years ago, and I’m taking 100 mg of Levothyroxine daily ( I take this around 6 in the morning at least 2 hours before coffee or breakfast) I do not take any other medication. my symptoms have never gone away ( tiredness, lethargic, brain fog, muscle

DI 02 effects beyond thyroid
I am one of the many who don’t get on with Levothyroxine. When I got up to the maximum dose without feeling better my consultant tried liothyronine which made me feel instantly livelier, but I had nasty side effects so ended up on NDT. I have to be at or slightly above top of the range to feel good and

2nd Miscarriage - Any Advice?
My wife (36) and I (33) have been struggling to conceive with unexplained infertility. We started IVF back in July and had a fresh transfer followed by a double FET last month, sadly both attempts ended in an early miscarriage before week 6. We started with 7 embyros and now we have 3 left now (1 didn't

Frozen transfer complete 13.12.2022
Hey ladies, Hope we are all keeping well. Yesterday we had our last frozen embryo thawed and transferred 🤞🏻 I was so nervous to get the call to say it didn't make the thaw so one hurdle complete. We also went for embryo glue this time. This is a medicated frozen cycle, injections from 4th November

Should I stop any supplements after transfer?
Hi all, Am finally getting to go through my first frozen transfer after 3 cancelled cycles (one fresh two frozen). I'm currently taking a few supplements (have been for at least 9 -12 months) but is there any that I should stop taking the day of or after transfer? I assume most are fine but just wanted

Does Sertaline (Zoloft) affect NDT ?
Hi , on NDT and my bloods are in range . I’ve been going though a lot of personal issues lately and have tried beta blockers for anxiety attacks but not working so the doctor has recommended Sertaline . I’ve never taken before and want to find out if it interferes with NDT or thyroid or anything? Can

We’re your periods out of sync the months after IVF?
Hi Ladies I had a failed transfer with DE ivf in October, got my period a day after stopping progesterone, November period bang on time - I’m regular 28 days. This one is on the missing list I’m now 8 days late. I’m trying to plan ahead for my FET and working out dates (ish) when I can plan for but

Failed first cycle- debrief.
Hello, We have just had our first failed NHS ivf cycle. We had a debrief today with the doctor who basically said the following… They think possibly a sperm issue could be a reason things didn’t work out. Everything went to plan up to day 3 (I responded really well to the protocol, 12 eggs collected

FET #5 Taking so much medication I rattle 😜. Thin lining is even thinner!!
Does anyone else feel like they can't keep up with all the medication?! This time I'm on 2 x patches, aspirin, viagra , vitamin E and 4 x progesterone. All this plus vitamins and 3 raspberry leaf teas a day!! 🤪. My skinny lining is causing problems again, this time I didn't even have a bleed after

So frustrated that endo told me my hypo symptoms are social, emotional and psychological
After 11 months I finally saw an endocrinology registrar to go over my blood test results and symptoms. I am on 150mcg thyroxine and 40mcg of liothyronine, after 7 years on NDT which I came off in January 2021 to return to the 'NHS way' of T4-only therapy (the price of NDT was becoming prohibitive plus

Switching from levothyroxine to NDT: your experience?
Hi beautiful people, I shared many posts here on the forum of how I've been trying to increase my levothyroxine for months and still struggling with the side effects - pulse increase, BP going up, hyper symptoms while hypo, etc. At this stage, I've been at it for 8 months and I still haven't found

Newly diagnosed thinking of trying metavive.
I’m a 50 year old male and I’ve been experiencing a variety of symptoms for probably the last 4 years looking back. I didn’t even realise the thyroid was such an important organ. I used to be in the gym out running regularly but probably for the last 3-4 years these symptoms have got progressively worse

Where to buy ndt?
I'm on Levaxin since 2012, still having alot of symtoms and in sweden ndt is rarely prescribed. I've tried with my doctor and it's a firm no. I've bought it online before and got the links from helpful users on here. Can anyone help me with links to where you can buy ndt without prescription? Thanks

BFN 9dp5dt- worth testing again?
I had my 8th and final embryo transferred on 2 December. I did my beta yesterday (9dp5dt) - it was negative. They don’t give the exact value just <2.4. Has anyone had a negative or super low HCG on day 9 and gone on to have a positive? I’ve messaged my doctor, but behind it’s the weekend, I may not get
