PD Dialysis - Week 4 day 3 - approved for shower!
So, since my official PD training got put off till next week, my PD nurse had me come in today for another dressing change and "flush" of my pd catheter. She did not do the "sterile" setup for this, just the "clean" set up that included the extreme hand washing techniques and she did use clean gloves

unfortunately the Kardia mobile I bought ( thanks so much all of you for the advice on this) has confirmed that I am having regular episodes of AF ( bit not this time fast AF) followed by SR with ( sequentially wide QRS and PVCs and Supraventricular ectopy. This latter now appears to be the default

How does PCa affect Venous Thromboembolism risk?
New study below [1]. In Sweden, PCa isassociated with a ~50% increase in the risk of a deep vein thrombosis [DVT] or pulmonary embolism. This is much lower than some studies have reported, e.g.: "In a larger study from the UK using linked primary care, secondary care and National Statistic Cause of Death

3rd miscarriage: Trisomy 15
Hi ladies, I hope you all are well! As you know I had 3 miscarriages (one natural, one after my first fresh transfer and one after my first FET, both transfers on NHS). With the first miscarriage we did not have the tissue testes as “it’s happens”. With the second miscarriage we had it tested and it

Safe INR Level for Ablation?
I am one week from my first cyroablation and my blood INR is 1.2. Most recommend a value between 2.0 and 3.0. What are folks' knowledge and experience in this area? Might I be canceled as, according to these numbers from today's tests, the Pradaxa hasn't thinned my blood much. Are these the cases where
