At St. Thomas’ Hospital, London there’s a special pregnancy department. The walls are filled with babies!

May you be blessed with a wonderful pregnancy and a beautiful, healthy baby!

With good wishes,

Ros

PS It took me a very long time to conceive. I gave birth to twins. I know and understand how difficult it is not to feel anxious!

Yes, right here. I had 2 miscarriages then I was diagnosed with aps and Factor V Leiden. I injected dalteparin every day throughout my pregnancy (and 6 weeks after) and took mini aspirin. Had an elective c section and healthy baby boy 3 months ago. You'll be absolutely fine. Congratulations !

Hello, I took daily heparin (clexane injection) plus aspirin throughout my twin pregnancy and three months afterwards, and I have two lovely boys who are now 12. During the pregnancy I was also advised to rest as much as possible. Although it got harder and harder throughout the pregnancy to inject using heparin it was worth it for me. I ended up injecting in the top of my thighs, as with twins I was very large and my skin was so tight around my tummy that it was impossible to inject there in the third trimester. I had miscarriages before my twin pregnancy, and believe this was due to the sticky blood not being able to pass through the placenta because then I had no heparin or aspirin treatment. X

Thanks so much for your reply . Yes they think the sticky blood causes my 2 missed miscarriages. I'm on aspirin and start heparin next week after my 6 week scan 🤞 x
