Is anyone using semaglutide for weight gain?

My daughter recently restarted oral Semaglutide after not being able to take it due to its unavailability. It really helped when she first started it with weight loss and improved readings. Her recent Hba1c has Increased considerably, however, along with weight gain.

I finally managed to lose 4st using semaglutide and got it below 35 but have come off it to start treatment and have put on 7lb in 2 weeks. They at least haven’t said its all just cause I’m too fat and will treat me if I can get below 35 again which is a positive I suppose.

My Endo is really of no help and just suggested trying a semaglutide which I guess is always an option. I don't really want to take on more medications though. I feel so completely lost at this point.
