Advice on latest results please - overmedicated?
I'd be grateful for advice on my latest results, please. I was diagnosed with hypothryoidism (Hashi's) in September 2017, and over the following year with advice from this forum and repeated blood tests I was able to persuade my GP to gradually increase my levo until it got up to 100mcg - I started

Hello everybody. I have hypothroidisnm treated with 75mg Levothyroxine pd. My husband kindly bought me this product from PipingRock.com, but I am most unsure about using it. Anyone w/ Hashimoto's using Myo-inositol plus selenium?
Saw this recent study in re using MI and Selenium to treat Hashimoto's. https://www.europeanreview.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/051-059-Myo-inositol-and-selenium-restore-euthyroid-state.pdf If so, how is it working for you? The MI I have is only 500 mg per capsule, and the study used 600 mg. It seems

Hi to everyone(I'm NEW!)...hope to learn loads!
Hi everyone! I have just been researching stuff about Selenium and its effect on one's wellbeing. I come from a family rich in Thyroid issues, and in my own case, have had no problem with weight gain. This seems like a good thing, but recently, my adult daughter lost a lot of weight suddenly, and began

Quick q- what vitamin E dose do people take with 200mcgselenium ?
Hi all I’ve been previously taking 400 iu of Vit E )natural source ) thats 268mg and over 2000% of RDA! As I am now pregnant I don’t want to be overdoing it although I haven’t had issues in the past. I know Vit E is far soluble and can be toxic in high amounts I’m not sure if just normal 100% rDa is

I switched from Levo to NDT - interim blood test results as expected?
Hi, So a quick summary of my previous posts, I switched from 100mg Levothyroxine to Natural Desiccated Thyroid (Thiroyd from Thailand) 3 months ago. After 3 months my symptoms are still the same, very drowsy, tired, brain fog, bad memory, etc. I'm now on 2.75 grains per day, increasing by 0.25 grain

New here, looking for private doctor in London
Hi there, I have been suffering from depression including lack of interest in activities, difficulty concentrating, difficulty doing math and problems with working memory pretty much all my life. I think it may be due to some sort of hypothyroidism. My TSH when last checked was 3.1 mIU/L, free thyroxine

Meds, Supplements and Vitamins . . . Yay or Nay
My husband, who is 53, was diagnosed 5 years ago with Parkinson's. He is a Stage 4 colon cancer survivor of 15 years. He was a soybean, rice and crawfish farmer until 2 years ago. Now he stays super busy, from sun-up to sundown, with the cattle and horses. He's in constant pain in his lower back . .
