I had blood tests done on Monday that came back as follows:
TSH 0.01 0.27 - 4.2
Free T4 16.9 9.5 - 22
Ferritin 45 10 - 291
Before this I had bloods done in August. Those results were:
TSH 0.01
Free T4 23.3
RT3 32 10 - 24
Free T3 6.2 3.1 - 6.8
RT3 ratio 12.6 15.01 - 75
After the August results I reduced T4 from 150mg to 125mg. Doctor is aware of this. I also take 25mg of T3.
So my T4 is now in range but my TSH is still 0.01. Do I need to reduce the T4 dosage further?
On a side note docs have refused to check my antibodies, selenium, Vitamin D so if any of those affect thyroid levels, I can't check what they are. Last results for those were in August.

When you take T3 it is essential to tet FT3, you can't adjust your dose of thyroid replacement hormone without knowing your FT3 result.
Your current FT4 doesn't show the need to reduce your Levo dose. Your TSH is suppressed because you are taking T3, that's just what it does.
Your ferritin is way too low, it needs to be at least 70 for thyroid hormone to work properly, recommended is half way through range but your range is very wide so I would expect 100-130 to be enough. You can help raise your level by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, also liver pate, black pudding, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

You already have a diagnosis of Hashimoto's, there is no need for further testing of antibodies. For the others, maybe consider doing what hundreds of us here do, and that is private testing for anything the doctor wont or can't do. You can get a fingerprick blood spot test for Vit D costing £29 with an NHS lab who offers this test to the general public:
Yes my doctor is aware that I take T3. I have had private bloods done before which I always take to my doctor to add to my notes so they are aware of everything that is going on.
So my TSH being 0.01 isn't really a problem?
I do have liquid iron but don't remember to take it everyday so I'll make sure I do that.
I previously had the other tests done both privately and by my own doctor. Because they were all out of range last time I was tested, I expected the doctor to do them again to keep an eye on it but apparently not. Well the nurse who took the bloods did request it. The lab refused to test for them. I simply can't afford the private tests which is why I asked the doctor to do them.
Most doctors will only do Vit D once, but if you are supplementing it is essential to retest once or twice a year to ensure you are taking the appropriate amount to keep your level at that recommended by the Vit D Council - 125nmol/L and the Vit D Society - 100-150nmol/L. Too low and you will get symptoms, go too high and you will eventually build up to toxicity level. And when on T3 it is essential to know FT3 level so that you don't go over range.
So my TSH being 0.01 isn't really a problem?
There is a difference of opinion about this. Some say that when on T3 (whether in combination with Levo, or alone) then TSH should not be suppressed. But when taking T3 it lowers, and can suppress TSH.
