Trying NDT for the first time - are you supposed to feel hypo?
Three days in: I've been on 1 and a half grains of Armour. Am splitting the dose: 1 grain in the morning, half a grain after 1pm. (switching from T4/T3 synthetic combo - 75mcg levo, 10mcg t3) The first day I felt good, more 'natural' if that makes sense. But today and yesterday I've been foggy, very

Hello ladies, Just wondered if anyone knows where I could get hold of some peppermint oil/water? Seems a lot of places have aromatherapy oil, but don't think that is very drinkable!!? Got given some at the hosp which was amazing! Thanks 💕

Levothyroxine and supplements
Do supplements react with levothyroxine? I was diagnosed hypo 6 months ago and was prescribed 100mg from day 1. I take my levothyroxine at night and in the morning I take Menopace, vitamin B complex and evening primrose oil. (As I'm a moody menopausal cow! Lol) Do they affect each other? I constantly

Supplements for Anxiety/Depression
I'm sorry if this has already been answered on here, but I did a search and couldn't find anything. I have been experiencing a really bad anxiety episode recently and I'm trying to use supplements to aid in it. Right now I'm taking a general multi-vitamin, a b-complex, 500 mg of magnesium, fish oil,

Diet
Well I have been doing well on my diet versus RA for a while but this week have really struggled with pain, swelling and carpal tightness. So analysed the hell out of it and low and behold found out the reason. Added Worcester sauce(half a bottle) to my food prep curry at the weekend and now find out

GW that aren't going away
Hi. This is extremely embarrassing and difficult to get by with, but I've been struggling with genital warts for 4 months. I've tried everything... apple cider vinegar, Aldara, freezing, tea tree oil, Vitamin E and B-12, and nothing has worked. My warts have spread even more and now I can feel myself

Increase in Dose
My cardiologist wants to increase my does of Amiodarone to 300mg daily and Vera-Til SR to 240mg daily as i'm in AF and thinks this is the best route to take. I've had cardioversion twice before and not suitable for ablation due to weight. Has anyone else had a increase in the doses of these meds ? Thanks

Blood Test No. 3 -
Hello, Brief background: I’m originally from London, but previously lived in the US from age 10-28, where as a teen I was diagnosed with chronic ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura - autoimmune blood disorder). This fortunately went into remission during Uni. In 2014, I moved back to London to

Importance of vitamin K2. It is not only strengthening your bones and teeth, but can kill the bacteria causing dental cavities
Quite interesting article. The power of K2 with other cofactor in dental health has been recognised decades ago. Unfortunately since it has been ditched and K2 has been considered not important. This is what big pharma do not want people to know. Could we simply prevent tooth decay and even fix dental

Eye Irratations
Re: eye irritations /blepheritis (sp) I have blepheritis and my doc said to wash 2x day w/ Johnsons baby wash/shampoo and to take fish oil or flaxseed oil 2x day. I have no problem now at all. Hope this helps people out there. I wish more docs would embrace the supplements. It would make life easier
