Scrotum swelling
I have this type of swelling in scrotum. This comes when I rest. When in standing position for long it goes away. Everytime I went to the doctor the swelling is absent because I would be not at rest position before going there. Scrotum usg show vericocele vein grade 1 only. This thing is there since

Vitamin E recommendations please (HypoT4/coeliac)
Hi, I have seen a few people mentioning Vitamin E supplementation recently for anxiety, and as I also have coeliac disease to go with my autoimmune hypothyroid, and may therefore have a deficient level of Vit E due to malabsorption....I would love some recommendations as to brand and dose! Obviously

Most of the scabs have fallen off, although there is some
scars
which definitely is forming a scab on them as well as two small scabs which have formed when the stitches came off not long ago. There is still one big scab on the top left, but its decreasing in size lol.

After late term abortion
Hello, 3 weeks ago I had a late term abortion, I was just over 23 weeks pregnant. I’m still bleeding but it’s brown instead of normal colour, is that normal? Also I still get the occasion cramp and weird feeling in my tummy.

Laparoscopy still waiting
I’ve been waiting for my lap since September... the pain is so bad but every time I call (most of the time the hospital don’t even answer the phone) I’m told that my hospital aren’t doing any outpatient surgeries atm. It’s been like this for most of the past year ... we aren’t even in a high risk area

Episiotomy and foreceps without consent
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience to mine and has any tips to work past it. I gave birth to my daughter 3 weeks ago, she's my first child. The birth started off at home until I was 7cm and had a bleed so got blue lighted into hospital. I had an epidural on arrival at 5pm and

Ablation number TWO - excitement all round!
Oh, and the electrocardiologist was very happy afterwards, he said "There was loads to do" and also that two of the pulmonary vein
scars
had completely healed so were no longer doing the trick.

120mg of Etoricoxib for 2 weeks to excessive ?
Hi everyone I hope all this damp weather is not causing you too much pain, stiffness, and swelling ( roll on the summer, not to long now 🌞). I have just been put on a course of 120mg of Etoricoxib for 2 weeks. 120mg seems very high and I have read on medical sites that 120mg should only be taken for

Itching shingles scars
Hello, i am looking for some advice please if anyone has any experience of what I'm about to write. I had shingles last year from late March to mid April above my right eyebrow. I occasionally experience tingling/burning in the area of skin where the rash was due to nerve damage/nerves still healing.

Has anyone ever tried video taping their home and allowing arguments to go on record?

4.5 weeks post circumcision
I’ve been applying Bio-oil (gel format) since the
scars
healed but it doesn’t take care of the “swollen band” (which looks like a tire). I’m satisfied with the operation but I can’t say it looks good with that fleshy band. Any tips? Thanks

So many ???s on so many levels
I have 5 years of emotional
scars
, borrowing money for groceries, getting payday loans for rent, never knowing when he walked out if he would make it back. Promised me a hundred times he was done. For him, a light switched, turned him in the complete opposite direction.

No Sleep Thanks to Afib
Now since then I have had one episode in two years...BUT the mental
scars
remain. I almost every night wake up 2 or 3 times. Check my pulse. If it is going fast I have to sit up and breath deeply for awhile until it slows down.

Immune suppressants?
Im not seeking any medical advice with this question. Do any of you know why some of us, post transplant, take different immune suppressants? I take 2 mg of Advagraf (slow relase) once a day. Others that i have met on the liver unit that were transplanted around the same time as me, December 2019, or

My facial surgery scar
I was devastated when I saw the scar on my face following surgery to remove skin cancer. 8 weeks on and a little ordinary foundation make-up and I am pleased with the result. I hope that this is reassuring to anyone who is going through my this right now. Unfortunately I can't upload a before photo,

Can you get camouflage makeup under the NHS?
I’m in the process of healing and have terrible facial
scars
but luckily healing well. I am seeing a consultant about Camoflage makeup but was told I would have to pay for this on my “prescription” soo I assume it comes under the nhs. I’m kinda confused.
