I have this type of swelling in scrotum. This comes when I rest. When in standing position for long it goes away. Everytime I went to the doctor the swelling is absent because I would be not at rest position before going there. Scrotum usg show vericocele vein grade 1 only. This thing is there since 2 months. There is also some pain on left lower back.
