kimchi. Very interesting interview
I also found some articles on how it may be effective against viruses and work was done a few years ago on this when the bird flu and then
SARS
was around and is also effective against flu. It might be a good idea to take it in the light of this new virus. Google kimchi virus.

Low muscle mass
Hi, I have been on a set dose that is as optimal as can be expected - for approx 2 years. Levaxin 150 mcg Liotyronin 5 mcg (+an extra 5 mcg once in a while, when my pulse goes down to mid-50s). My question is if anyone else has low muscle mass, and difficulty increasing muscle mass? Does anyone know

Endometriosis - chances of reccurence?
I recently had a laparoscopy where scar tissue was removed and a biopsy has confirmed that I have Endometriosis. I've not yet had my follow up appointment but was wondering what experience that people have had with the recurrence of their symptoms after a laparoscopy? I had mine 2 months ago and have

I've been suffering with excruciating pain since I was 11 - 15 years later I was finally diagnosed with Endometriosis following laparoscopy
But why was I discharged? I was left following the surgery (which I also had treatment to the scar tissue, they burnt / surgically removed any scar tissue) by being told 'The coil will help.' I'd already had the coil for two years by this point, which I told the consultant but she wouldn't listen - she

My nose job ruined my life

They will rebuild me !
Some of you may know, after a bad fall last year that resulted in my badly smashing both wrists, I’ve needed to have surgery to rebuild them. I had the surgery done in my left wrist in September and then straight into gallbladder removal at the beginning of December. I now have my date for my ankle replacement

Are you taking any precautions against this novel coronavirus?
I was in a 'hot zone' during
SARS
and my precautionary measures saw me through that - but in 2009 I came down with Swine Flu (caught from a staffer at work) and honestly thought I might die that time, it was so bad.

8-year-old Charlie raises £1000s for other people with a visible difference
When Charlie was 8 years old he was in a car crash which resulted in serious facial scarring. Since then, he's raised thousands of pounds for other people with a visible difference. This is his story. My name is Kimberley. I’m writing on behalf of my son Charlie, who’s 8 years old. On 30 September
