I've been suffering with excruciating pain since I was 11 - 15 years later I was finally diagnosed with Endometriosis following laparoscopy

But why was I discharged? I was left following the surgery (which I also had treatment to the scar tissue, they burnt / surgically removed any scar tissue) by being told 'The coil will help.' I'd already had the coil for two years by this point, which I told the consultant but she wouldn't listen - she knew I had it as they have to remove it during laparoscopy. After no relief from the pain, I went back to my GP but they told me the notes hadn't been filled in properly and all it read was 'Endometriosis confirmed and treated.' I've been to the GP 5 times since my surgery, and no one can give me any answers, help me, refer me back to a specialist and I don't know what to do. The pain is now worse than ever. I feel like I'm hitting a brick wall and find it so upsetting that the female doctors are the worst - the only reason I was referred in the first place was because I got lucky with a locum doctor! I've lived all over so have had many GPS - What do I do?!!
