Incessant cough. Am I using too much?
Hi there I was just diagnosed with asthma. No family history so I'm very new to this. In 48 and had to be shown how to use an inhaler I use salbutamol in my puffer several times at night to stop the wheezing and coughing but it only lasts about 1 to 2 hours and although it opens the airways I still cough

Hi - has anyone been to Prague and had to buy inhalers? I have been able to buy in Spain but not Portugal. Just wondering if anyone knows if sabutamol can be bought in Prague without a prescription? Thanks in advance

Hyperthyroidism and Breathing Problems
I was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. One morning, my heart started to race (palpitations) a few minutes after mtly breakfast. For months I had been very weak for some hours in the afternoon and my eyes were sensitive to light. However, my breathing was sometimes difficult. I was using Salbutamol

Refused Salbutamol
Hi I have had quite bad asthma since being a toddler and also have life threatening allergies for which I carry an epi pen. My current medication for asthma is seretide and salbutamol. I have regularly attended hospital to be placed on a nebuliser and courses of steroid tablets. Last year my GP practice

Asthma advice
Hello , I heard monday I have "asthma" from my doctor. I got salbutamol but it doesn't work so I'm making an appointment to get some new meds. The thing is, it doesn't seem to look like I've got asthma. I got a constant pressure on my chest. I also wheeze. Now it doesn't get worse if I get near smoke

Post menopausal and I have iron deffeciency anemia and asthma
Following a recent endoscope and colonoscopy we thought the cause of the internal bleeding had been identified. They found a very large polyp which was removed safely. I have been taking iron tablets for 3 weeks and I have just had another blood test still showing my bloods going in the wrong direction

Just had a lovely evening in A&E
Just had a lovely evening in A&E started by someone spraying perfume this afternoon at work. Numerous salbutamol not working, bad chest pain, hoarse voice, on duty gp phone call, then speeding down motorway to get to actual gp, nebulizer which didn't work, gp phoned 999, then ended up A&E looking like

Albuterol and other drugs, all I want to do is save lives or a least make them better!
Have you ever been to the doctor and had a breathing test and pass it with flying colors but the doctor still wanted to give you Albuterol and take the test again, why? The doctors tried that on my husband and I but I told him I'm not taking that S**t and when he tried to do the same thing to my husband

Dementia Risk & Commen Inhaler
Did anyone know risk of dementia from taking popular COPD ASTHMA inhalers use to treat lung disease. Guess that’s why doctors not really intrested in treating those with lung dieases proactivly AS if lung diease don’t get us drugs used to treat it increas risk of use developing dementia. One could argue
