My turn to be advised

, and as you know I've explained on here it's EVIL stuff to me. Though I concede if you suffer from hallucinations or hear voices it may help you. The whole thing of my diagnosis was a farce.

PIANO PLAYER BY MEMORY ONLY
I am 82. I play the piano on memory only (I can't read music). Clair de Lune, Moonlight sonata, The Swan of Tuonela . . . . all the real music not simplified versions. I've had a hernia burst out, and went to Leicester General (Monday). They have put me in the queue for attention. But my memory has

Thoughts after PP
Hi as many of you know now my wife is 9 weeks post PP and she was hospitalized for 16 days. She has since changed from risperdal to Latuda. She has been on Latuda for the last 4 weeks at 80mg. Often times at dinner the surrounding tables will distract her and she will get a blank stare. Typically it

Hi there. I'm booked in for E A next month and would like to know of any experiences people have had. I'm 36 and have had trouble my entire pubescent < life with endo symptoms with no actual endo, bleed for 2 weeks every month. Highly frustrating especially since no contras work (I've tried them ALL)

raising the profile 'TooLong'. Jeremy Vine show
Hi all. I managed to get and speak about this on the Jeremy Vine show today and tried to raise awareness of this condition. I have signed the petition on change.org to raise awareness of time to diagnosis. I have suffered with endo for many years, my sister and cousin have it. Now it looks like my daughter

Risperdal making me sick?
Last night I had nausea, muscle cramps, dizziness and severe derealisation (even though I often get derealisation). For a while my heart even ached. Should I stop taking it? I've only been taking it for for nights. I also take klonopin and cymbalta. These side effects scare me (the risperdal is only

Tired!
Recently, informed my GP how tired I've been feeling as of late. He ran the usual bloodwork and checked tsh, CBC etc. I have Hasimotos but tsh usually runs high normal, but not high enough to treat yet and the rest was in normal ranges. Maybe not optimal, for example, my iron could've been a bit higher

Diabetes and the Circle of Life
Yesterday evening, I had the house to myself. I put on my wifi speaker and did Dr Prasad's exercises except the crunches and a few for the back. To the energising tune of 'Man ka Radio' and 'Dance pe chance' I did a power walk in the drawing room. The music gives rhythm and energy. Then, while making

How do I help my sister?
Okay, this is long, but in a nutshell my question is, now that my little sister has come out of her first episode of acute postpartum psychosis, what should we be doing to help her? How much space should we give her? And her husband? If she doesn't want to talk about it, is that normal and okay? Is there

How long should I expect to bleed after mirena coil fell out?
Hi, I had my mirena coil fitted 19 months ago in an attempt to combat heavy & painful periods, I then bled pretty much for 6 months solid & was beginning to wish I'd not had it fitted but then after the 6 months it settled right down. I had only light bleeding every 6 weeks or so and barely had any

My hubby just got home from the hospital after collapsing on the sidewalk outside a restaurant and being taken to hospital to be checked out
He has PD and Dementia. They thought it was his heart but every test was negative so they said it must be his PD - they blame everything on PD when they can't find anything wrong! He got very combative one night and they gave him Haldol which made him sleep for over 14 hrs. and really scared me. I wanted
