Yesterday evening, I had the house to myself. I put on my wifi speaker and did Dr Prasad's exercises except the crunches and a few for the back. To the energising tune of 'Man ka Radio' and 'Dance pe chance' I did a power walk in the drawing room. The music gives rhythm and energy. Then, while making the chapattis, I put on classic western like Moonlight Sonata, Fur Elise etc. Two hours of absolute relaxation.
Today morning my FBS is 71. Lowered my insulin by 2 units. I take the shot at 6.45 AM. Breakfast at 7.45. PPBS at 9.45 is 138. Breakfast was one cherupazham (njaalipoovan) with one half of a whole puttu with 2 Tbsp coconut. Puttu was of emmer, bought at the market, cleaned and dried and milled.
Relaxation and exercise was the reason, I think.
