Chest infection and Pred
I had covid with a bad dry cough and heavy cold at the end of November and made a good recovery. Didn't effect my pmr. On 3mg. On 28th December, probably due to doing far too much over Christmas, I started a chest infection from hell. Heavy chesty phlemy cough but bringing up clear sputum

I have not been able to conclusively blame my symptoms on either the lack of dopamine or the soboxone. For those

Ashwaganda?
I just saw someone posting on another site that Ashwaganda has really helped their RLS. Does anyone have any thoughts on this please? I currently take Tramadol but only when desperate as I don't really want to be dependent on any drug if I can avoid it. However I have had to appreciate that I am taking

Do you want you doctor to prescribe an opioid instead of DA ?John Hopkins statistics on both.
This may help you when requesting an opioid verses the doctor wishing to prescribe DA https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/neurology_neurosurgery/centers_clinics/restless-legs-syndrome/what-is-rls/treatment.html I am typing this information direct from John hopkins treatment article. An estimated 85%

Herbal remedies
Hi All, has anyone had any feedback or tried various natural remedies. A friend of mine recommended Muccuna l dopa capsules and Tumeric root extract capsules to help with rls. Only started taking these for a few weeks so no real progress yet. Just want to come off the prescribed medication. Currently

Lining update!
Just a quick update for those of you with lining issues 😆. I've managed to get to 6.6 today on my first scan which is a record for me on the first scan! Just waiting to see whether we will go ahead with an FET or they want to see me again in a few days. I've been taking 4x progynova, 1 x patch every

I did it 🙏
Have been quiet on here as I have been restarting since 2019. A non running related injury and the pneumonia followed by successive chest infections and the odd injury have kept me from graduation. However, today was the day 😀. Short term goals - to run for 5k and to join a running club in Jan Mid

Restless Legs using sleeping pill
I have had RLS for years. It started getting irritating in my 40's and continued to get worst. I am now 85 and on Methadone, trying to withdraw from it because it is hard to get in Las Vegas. I am down to .5mg at night. I gave up my noon pill because of constipation.. I was getting very little sleep

Has Anyone Else Had This Happen Also?
I noticed that when I get really anxious because of my PTSD/Anxiety, that sometimes I have a hard time eating food. I was wondering if anyone else has had that happen as well? I tend to get it more when I eat out since that's when I'm the most anxious, but I do get it at home as well but I'd say its

Sertraline
I think I know what everyone is going to say but does anyone have anything positive to say about sertraline and restless legs? If anybody followed my previous post I have stage 4 breast cancer and need a mild antidepressant to help me cope. Having chatted with my GP we both feel I would benefit more

Does anyone adjust their dose when stressed?
Me again! I have found I am very sensitive to stress and often find I get much more hypo when under any amount of stress. Does anyone adjust their dose according to stress? I was doing OK on my previous dose of 50mcg levo and 105mg NDT but I'm flagging. I just wondered if anyone else
