Hi I had breast cancer in right breast 2013

Had lumpectomy then radiotherapy was on tamoxifen for 5 years

Last night I was woken with the most excruciating pain in right breast followed by being sick throughout the night now my right breast is red and very sore any advice would be appreciated

I am going to ring my breast nurse on Monday

Hi. I woukd be tempted to ring out of hours doctor- it sounds like something that might need antibiotics. (I had something similar but the area was hot to the touch, turned out to be cellulitis). Hope you feel better soon.

It sounds to me like an infection - so I agree with the poster who,said contact out of hours doctor.

I had something very similar six years ago.

Wow just read your email, very scary! I hope by now your issue has been resolved. Can you relay your doctors diagnosis for others who may suffer this someday?
