Updates on my father
My father was scheduled for a simple robotic prostatectomy which turned in a partial cystectomy .. The surgeon found a well oval encapsulated mass in the bladder in the size of 14 cm which he removed it . He also did a simple prostatectomy , his prostate was enlarged but not as big as the doctor thought

looking for advice for RLS
Hi everyone, I am new here. Hoping to find relief for my RLS. I am located in the US. A bit of history, I’ve had RLS since about 2017. Started off moderate and was using cannabis for relief. Over time, symptoms got worse and smoking cannabis wasn’t working well. I then tried Kratom and got good relief

Night sweats again
Hi all, I have reviewed many posts for answers on this but symptoms and underlying issues are variable and so posts are inconclusive. I have SLE and Sjogrens. I also have drenching night sweats. Here's my summary: 1) I'm male, so they're not menopausal! 2) My medication has been stable for years: Hydroxychloroquine

Xtandi and price tag
Hi, I just had radical prostatectomy 3/23. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer with EPE. I started on Firmagon and my doctor ordered Xtandi. My question is …how can anyone afford Xtandi? My copay is 3300 dollars, more than my SS check. I’m checking with my MD to see if I can wait until Jan. ( to get

Advice or any comments on latest numbers please 🙏
I had my blood drawn at 8:00 AM / 24 hours after last dosage of 125 Levothyroxine and 10 Liothyronine. All in one dose early in the morning - usually around 6:00 AM. With the assistance of the calculators I am: 50% through the reference range on T3 73.68% through the reference range on T4 -10.79%

Adcal-D3
Just a quick query. Has anyone else suffered from nausea when taking Adcal-D3 chewable? I was wondering if the tablets contain lactose, as I'm allergic to it. Since having been diagnosed with a fractured L2 and osteoporosis, the RA team and my GP both recommend them. I was taking Solgar Calcium Citrate

Hi everyone, I would love to hear if any of your diagnosis’ are a local recurrence presenting itself as a lesion in your dermis as metastatic disease. Vasectomy
Hi guys, For about 40 years, the society has left the choice, and the responsibility, of becoming or not a parent to women. For many years now a surgery is possible to allow women to not anymore absorb those amounts of drugs and medicines who, I think, have side effects on their bodies. This surgery

Afinitor side effects
I have been in treatment for breast cancer since 2006 and have done the drill - lumpectomy, lymph nodes removal, chemo, radiation, herceptin, Arimidex for six years… then in 2019 a mastectomy, more hormone blockers, and three years of various combinations with Ibrance, which has sadly stopped working

Reviewing my final Path report, post RP
A friend tipped me to this site AFTER my RP. (I'd read everything my surgeon gave me, plus googled a ton of stuff, none of which made any sense to me. My MD GF, GP, and surgeon all strongly pushed RP, so I did it.) I've learned more on this site in 9 mos than I did with all the above in a year. Thank

My results and treatment plan after my Cystoscopy OP.
I got a telephone call early morning last week after my Cystoscopy and biopsies. Although earlier this year they said I could not have BCG again - Oncology nurse told me I was having a shorter course of BCG ever week for three weeks, Should really have been spaced, but mo matter. After a month or
