Anxiety / Panic Attack
I have suffered for the past week all I can describe if the worst kind of feeling I've ever experienced, when at it's worst. I couldn't sleep 1 night and got in a very bad state. It left me feeling very anxious, the next day I wasn't too bad, but didn't feel right. That night I slept, but

Wonderful asthma uk nurse, and first cons visit - what to expect?
Hi everyone I have been asthmatic for 12 years, after a having pleuracy, and luckily to date have had very few problems at all. However, that all changed 6 weeks ago, I started with a tickly cough at night, and then began to cough up muck. To cut a long story short, I now wake at night every 2-3 hours

Tics while trying to sleep
The last few nights I seem to have developed an increasingly bad issue with tics getting worse when I am trying to sleep. I've had this issue before, but not for years at the level of severity these last few nights. Tonight I've taken some diazepam and done an hour and a half or so on an exercise

why do life events and small stresses start off the anxiety hamster wheel ?
I try to cope with stuff which is ok but as soon as stress rears it head even if not directly related to me the anxiety starts.. It also triggers the psychosis which I have ..I currently take venaflaxine and diazepam ..

This is the best site and book so far:
This is my first post on here and I thought I would share this with you. I have been 'coping' with depression and anxiety ever since I lost both my parents in 1991 within 4 months of each other. Well that was the start of it, the trying to hold it together while my mum was ill, then my dad dying

Calm time! Finally!
Tics still haven't returned to the level they were a fortnight ago, this is the first calm time I've had in a couple of months! It's a really nice rest to be honest - still got my base level tics going on but they aren't massively violent or of meltdown-level proportions. Really hoping bits of my

Totally fed up.
I've had enough at the moment. This recent worsening of the ts has completely caught me unprepared and off guard. I had so much time to get used to being comparatively calm, not injuring myself, not constantly feeling tired and stressed...and now I'm chucked back off of the deep end in the last few

My blog while attempting to get to grips with Fibro.....please feel free to read and comment :)
Well, it's now been 2 months since my diagnosis. I should start at the beginning, and go from there. I'm 28, a mum of two girls, T is 9 and G is 6. I am married, and I am currently studying an Access Course at college, and am due to start a degree in Religious Studies in September 2012. This
