why do life events and small stresses start off the anxiety hamster wheel ?

I try to cope with stuff which is ok but as soon as stress rears it head even if not directly related to me the anxiety starts.. It also triggers the psychosis which I have ..I currently take venaflaxine and diazepam ..

I am also on venlafaxin and when I need it lorazapan. Anything out of the ordinary like the other week I had to go to a wedding sets my anxiety off. I know it is stupid, but we cant help how we are. So you are not alone in feeling like this

Think we are all a bit like this. I know I am. I can cope with a variety of situations then something else pops up and I seem to find that one too many things. I am also on venlafaxine and diazepam and it seems to help, but then i am back to work tomorrow after a 2 weeks holiday, so may just all get too much. As bebushka says, you are really not alone feeling like this.

hi strugglingmum ! in ref to the Diazapam has your doc let you have this for more than a month ? I only have a months supply and I have found it helps quite a bit but I read it is addictive

They only give for 7 days now I believe {Diazapam}
