Response to several questions:Opened file because of person whose doctor took them off their painkillers.
I have had chronic pain since 1984. Today I have too many things to do, but can't move. If my doctor took me off my painkillers I'd be in the E. R. You have to use whatever you can to have a good, productive life and for a doctor to remove your painkillers is the same to me as a doctor harming you

Had trochanteric bursitis injection
It wasn't too bad. I took a diazepam, put Emla cream on the area, had the skin injected first then they did it. It did hurt but not as much as I thought it would. Is already helping the sitting and stair climbing. I've also been told the cysts in my cervix are benign, Thank God! Getting on all right

Starting to make progress
Hi everyone. It's been a while since I posted on here. Since my last update I've had good & bad times. I have IBS, Barrets Oesophagus and had a hard time after a total hysterectomy in October 2014. I left off last time where I was about to seek some treatment for a malfunctioning ileocecal valve (ICV

PSP - 'shudders/shakes' advice?
Good morning everyone - my dad has been living with PSP for at least 10 years, having had experienced all of the 'usual' issues related to the condition. However, more recently he has been having 'shakes/shudders' which are distressing for him at times. Usually affects his throat as well as limbs. GP

Huge anxiety and panic plus depression
I'm new here. Getting extreme anxiety most of the day but especially when I wake in a morning. It improves in the evening. I have a just discovered I have a major health problem and this has triggered panic attacks and bad depression. Doc has given me 10 2mg Diazepam which are not brilliant at all,

GP wanted me to attend A&E last week but unfortunately my back went into spasm and ended up ringing 999 ( I'm a nurse so it was a hard decision !!) 9 hrs in Cas and sent home after xray was clear. Nice Dr dosed me up with Tramadol and Diazepam

side effects of prostap vs pain relief
Hi there, please forgive me if I make any mistakes here, I've never posted on this or any other forum before, but I'm hoping someone can help with advice. I have endometriosis. I was diagnosed 8 years ago, then told a year later that it was a mistake (because it didn't show up on an ultrasound scan)

Water water everywhere
But not a drop to drink. There is nothing like a glass of ice cold water when you haven't drank for a couple of days plus a couple of diazepam of course I now feel my mind my body coming back to life. My esophagus is still sore in parts. When I swallow the fluids hit a part which is painful but the water

Back pain
Had my 5/6 rituximab infusion in April. Woke up today and my back was in agony, lumbar area is horrendous, now on ibuprofen, cocodamol and diazepam. No injury, lifting or anything. Anyone else had any back pain post infusion? It's listed as a side effect.

Want to cry
Used to come on here a lot but had been so much better. Anxiety is back with a vengeance. Im away from home, always difficult for me and then had serious anxity attack earlier. Am trying to relax, had a diazepam that had no affect at all! Could just do with some comfort from other sufferers. I sit here

Still waiting for an Op!
I had ankle surgery nov 2014 and had more problems with it since. Saw the surgeon again after having further MRI scan October 15 and told they would have to do further surgery to move my ankle over further as they hadn't done it enough the first time! Along with tendon work. I am in a lot of pain and

Constant pain
Hi, my name is Sarah. I live with 3 of my 4 children (eldest finally moved out) :-) I have lived in constant pain from a low back injury for 31 years. I fell backwards over my mums dog and every day since then, my life has been a struggle. I'm now on high dose morphine, pregabalin, diazepam and baclofen

Recently diagnosed
I've recently been diagnosed as having B12 deficiency. My level is 144. My red blood cells have become larger too. I've had symptoms for over two years. In that time I've been prescribed citalapram, zopiclone and diazepam for varying symptoms. The fatigued is unlike anything I have ever experienced
