More confused than ever
Well I have just been for my 1 year annual copd review with the practice nurse at my GP. It comes as no surprise that my FEV1 has dropped even more, I have bronchiolitis obliterans, and bronchiectasis and now I am at severe COPD stage. But as I still manage to do most things ( albeit slowly) I cant

PVC Episodes Last Hours
Hi, I started getting awful runs of PVCs 20 days ago (exactly 4 weeks after giving birth to my 3rd child. I had an echo (normal) and wore a 24 hr tape which did pick them up but the cardiologist said they were totally benign. She said they don’t worry until you have 7% ectopics and my level was 1% (or

Raised blood pressure and pulsatile tinnitus
My blood pressure has suddenly got a lot higher over the past month, (my readings are about 150/85 or higher) at the same time my pulsatile tinnitus has got a lot worse. I’ve had blood tests for the raised by and all came back fine. I’m in physical pain with a back injury so that might account for it

Heart pvc/pac/SVT
Ok so I’ve been through this before but they have came back with a vengeance. Does anxiety really cause heart palpitations???? I just can’t believe it. I mean how? I’m totally relaxed when all of a sudden BAM my heart starts to skips beats, or one hard thud!! That make me almost jump out of my shoes.

Robotic catheter ablation
Hi, I’m scheduled for robotic catheter ablation with the Stereotaxis system. I’ve had PVCs (pre-ventricular contractions, an arrhythmia not mentioned much in these posts) since my early teens (for about 50 years), and a recent holter showed that 21% of my heartbeats are now irregular. Monitored but untreated

Goodbye AF, hello PVC's.
The reason I am writing this, predominantly, is to go on record for any other cyclists or runners who may experience similar
PVC
issues. If I ever get to the bottom of the problem, I will report back.

Can drinking lots of water ease ventricular ectopic beats?
As a sufferer of PVC's for 45 years I have done the rounds of cardiologists and not one of them seems to have a clue what is going on. All they can do is try to address the effects with drugs, rather than eliminate the cause. And often the drugs come with their own serious side effects. Ablation works

Pvcs while lying down
Why do I get pvcs when I lay down!!!!! Every single time I lay down BAAAAAMMM! Or I take a deep breath or yawn. It’s almost like I can bring them on myself. Can it be internal pressure, is there such a thing?? Can it be I have a hypersensitive heart or some kind of irritant

The scar tissue means I also have VT, AT, AF and thousands of PVCs per day. I am on several

Pernicious Anaemia, PVC's and Atria Fibrillation
I've been suffering with low B12, PVC's and AF for a number of years. I decided to switch to self injection around 3 years ago, due to the local GP's not offering anything more than 4 a year after loading. Had a number of symptoms, some still remain. I also switched to more regular self injections,
